I bought 2 fascinators online and not having tried them, both still with the labels etc etc on I on was hoping to return one of them. At no point during the transaction was I made aware that apparently the spring/ summer collection is not returnable. I’d suggest you make this more clear at point of sale. Please do not say “it was in the returns policy! Nobody reads that when purchasing online!)
