The ad said "3-5" days delivery

The ad said "3-5" days delivery. We arranged, I stayed home 3 hours until 6pm as agreed. At 7pm, we got a message to deliver by 10pm - really?
10 days after placing the order, I took the morning off work to accept delivery - van got here but the machine wasn't on it. That 75kg machine is now lost in transit.
Go elswhere, if you want anything delivered as per the advert. Its a shambles with JTX. Enjoy reading their small print about deliveries and how they'll charge you for any mishaps your end!

Based on what you’ve described, you should not have been charged for a redelivery attempt, as the item was not on the van. You would not be held liable for any redelivery in this situation.

Communication was great, and the treadmill is excellent!

I ordered the JTX Club Pro Commerical Treadmill.
Never had a treadmill before, but seeing the reviews, I decided that this was the one for me.
Ordering was easy, and I even got an extar 10% off, and within a week, the treadmill was here and set up in my home.

Made the most of the Black Friday deals…

Made the most of the Black Friday deals after months of research. Wanted to purchase from a company who care rather than a ‘box mover’. JTX were helpful on the phone, I was able to select my preferred delivery date and the machine works perfectly. Very pleased.

New machine arrived and box was damaged…

New machine arrived and box was damaged with a broken wire and switch. Replacement parts sent and engineer arrived to repair but replacement parts sent were incorrect. Second set of parts sent to engineer but we're also incorrect, luckily I phoned and ordered parts to be sent directly to me, which were correct. Second engineer visit and machine was repaired.

Top Service & Great Treadmill

Sales office were fantastic, James - Frank and Jamie, all super helpful. Purchased a club pro commercial treadmil, very sturdy machine, and I would highly recommend it. I have used several other brands and this machine is the best by far. The engineer who installed the machine was professional. Overall very pleased!

Wow where do I start.Absolutely…

Wow where do I start.Absolutely fantastic company.I purchased a runrise incline treadmill which arrived yesterday on time and delivered to my room of choice which was upstairs.Set up was easy as it’s already assembled.Nice sturdy so far very impressed but what I’m impressed with the most is the company staff after numerous phone calls of me babbling on asking lots of questions they were extremely helpful and patient.If you are after a treadmill don’t overlook JTX the treadmills are amazing and the staff even more amazing if I could give 10stars I would.Thank you all at JTX for your knowledge,professionalism and support.

I am a serious runner and I bought my…

I am a serious runner and I bought my Sprint 9 Pro treadmill from JTX based on the weight of positive reviews about the machine that I evaluated (including from Which? and The Guardian), and although it is early days the machine is already delivering, with a top speed of 22kph which sets it apart from competitors, as does an excellent 3y warranty.
However I also believe that JTX is a really well run, efficient, responsive and environmentally conscious company and sending business their way also appeals strongly to me. I had a minor problem setting up the machine (actually my own fault!) and JTX sent engineer Peter to resolve the issue - he came and resolved the problem very swiftly and is a gentleman.
Really happy with JTX in all respects and I will definitely be using them again.

I am extremely disappointed with this…

I am extremely disappointed with this entire experience. I ordered a treadmill and requested a refund while the box was still mostly unopened. I was then told I would have to pay £199.22 for the return courier fee. For a product that has barely been touched, this charge is nothing short of extortionate.

To make matters worse, the courier company used—BJS Two Man Delivery—has been awful to deal with. Even attempting to rearrange delivery was quoted at around £120, which is outrageous for a simple rescheduling request. Their communication, customer service, and overall approach have been shockingly poor. It feels like every step of the process is designed to squeeze more money out of the customer.

Between the inflated return charges and the ridiculous delivery-related fees, the whole experience has been stressful, unfair, and completely unaffordable. A customer should not be hit with these kinds of excessive costs for basic actions like rearranging a delivery or returning a barely-opened item.

I genuinely regret purchasing from this company and hope others are aware of these hidden, disproportionate, and frankly unreasonable charges—especially when BJS is involved. I am requesting that the company review these practices, because they are neither proportional nor customer-friendly.

I’m glad we were able to speak on the phone today and clarify the situation. As discussed, we will not be charging you again as you were advised by a member of our team that you could amend the date after receiving your timeslot.
For future reference, as with most deliveries and collections, it’s expected that someone is available to oversee the process. You’re absolutely right that delivering and collecting a treadmill weighing 128kg is costly. The fees we charge reflect the genuine collection costs from our courier, which is why we ask customers to notify us of any changes by 12pm the day before delivery. In this case, the return was chargeable because the reason for return was a change of mind due to space limitations. This policy is clearly outlined on our website and in the order confirmation emails. We always recommend measuring your space before ordering to avoid these issues.

Great product and customer service

Prompt flexible delivery and helpful customer service when I need to change the delivery date. Have had the treadmill for a couple of weeks and have used regularly it without issue...finally got around to putting in my data yesterday - easily done when you follow the instructions!

Very good service

Very good service, quick delivery, good customer service.
I have used the treadmill several times now and I like it. I'm 76 and have diabetes so it means I can exercise no matter what the weather is.

Very happy with the product

Very happy with the product. The quality of the electrical connections wasn’t the best so I ended up partially dismantling it and fixing the mistake. An extra hour and a few scuffed knuckles but all good now.
