OVER PACKAGED!!…
Why on earth did you use so much packaging?
The original box is adequate AND it would have been useful to have an invoice in the box, especially as I am sharing with a friend!!

Sorry to hear you are disappointed with your order. If we had sent out your tea in the original box your product would not have arrived intact. Delivery vans have multiple packages of various weight and your tea would have been damaged in transit as the tea does not have a lot of weight to it and can be crushed very easily. I am sure if that had happened you would have been equally unhappy. All our packaging is recyclable and can be used again. We take care to ensure what you receive is as advertised.
As you paid online and upfront your invoice/receipt is sent to your email address direct from our website. We had not been informed that your order was to be shared with other person. We do not include invoices in our despatch boxes unless requested otherwise.

Slightly irritated by Royal Mail. They messaged that there would be an evening delivery but it came early afternoon when we were out, and was left on the doorstep (roadside) which their note declared to be my “safe place: enclosed porch” - it would have been better to redeliver it when someone was in.

Fairtrade biscuits
I can't find Fairtrade biscuits in the supermarket so am glad to buy them online from you. They are expensive though, so I keep them for special occasions or to include in a hamper of Fairtrade goodies.
