My package was left on the doorstep…
My package was left on the doorstep after a quiet tap on my door as I am disabled it took me a few minutes to get to the door by which time the courier was already driving away.. It was difficult for me to bend down and lift the parcel. I was very disappointed. The products delivered were very good. Peggy Myer

Unfortunately it is impossible for us to manage how DPD/Royal mail (our carriers) run it's service, we simply hire them to do the job they are experts in. Another great delivery received
My order arrived very quickly and everything was in order as expected. I have used Traidcraft Tea for many years and love its delicious strong taste, enough for the largest cup. We have enjoyed the Chickpea Puffs before and they were really delicious; hence we have ordered more. I love that the food producers are paid a fair wage, just like I expect for myself. Keep up the good work.

The order came very promptly to N Ireland. I have had problems ordering from another Fair Trade Company. Sometimes the order came to N Ireland only for it to be sent back to England again. This is the second time I have ordered from True Origin. Both times the order arrived promptly.
