Website is easy to use. I was called to advise of a short delay to the package shipping and was asked if that was OK. Then an email was sent to say that it had been dispatched on the date that I was advised it would.

Goods came well packaged and as ordered. Disappointed that the two boxes of Traidcraft tea have best before date of July which is very short dated and I can’t sell them on a stall in July at full price.

Variety is the spice of life!
Very quick turnaround from making my order to receiving delivery. Another 90kg challenge for our church! Everyone loves the Kilombero rice and they keep on asking for more on our fair trade stall!
The salt grinders are always popular and we are trying new items: cashew nuts with lime, peanut butter. Great variety - something for everyone!
