Fantastic service everything I wanted and all on time, would recommend to anyone

After being on the lookout for tiles to match our bathroom, came across JT Pickfords, They came securely packed in only a few days..... Brilliant

On 12th Oct. I ordered and paid for 17 boxes of tiles. An email later told me the tiles were now discontinued. By the 19th Oct the money has still not been refunded onto my debit card. An email from Bridgit was appreciated but discontinued tiles should be removed from the website and payment should have been stopped. Very disappointed at the delay in refunding over £330. Looking for wallboards on internet found item on this company’s web site easy to use , placed ordered Friday and the wallboards were delivered Monday , emails were sent to us with despatch note & invoice. The delivery man text to say what time he would be here on the Monday morning and arrived at the time he gave , so thank you.

Amazing service, the most lovely and polite staff I've ever come across and great prices. I've used them for an new ensuite, new downstairs toilet and a replacement shower. Nothing too much trouble even if you order the wrong thing. Couldn't be happier and have told everyone I know....its a little gem 😀

We bought a complete bathroom online and we picked the wrong bath and needed to exchange , no problem at all with that , one of the units was delivered and had some water damaged ,sent them pictures and got a replacement the same day , helpful staff in store great coustomer service , why go elsewhere,

Order processed and delivered quickly. Unfortunately the delivery people gave short notice of its delivery and then changed time slot and ignored my details to leave with my neighbour but it was left behind a plant pot by my front door.
