Prompt response to our emergency - broken lock on patio doors. Locksmith carried all the replacement parts needed and job completed within 30 minutes.

Amazing service
Amazing service. Highly recommend. We had called a company called Key tec who botched out door. Had to call another locksmith. I called JPY who arrived in no time. They stripped the door down and totally repaired my door. Highly recommended

Got ripped off big time!!!!
Absolutely terrible service received. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Got ripped off massively... called them out and asked for a quote over the phone and they didn’t give one as they said they needed to look at the lock first, guy turns up and didn’t even quote us and as it states they are a trusted company I left the guy look at the problem, when I came back he had changed to look without asking did I want a new lock, I didn’t see my old lock so no clue if it was actually damaged or not. The guy then proceeded to charges us £285 for a 10 minute job and a lock that you can get in Screwfix for £10!!! Usually I would have protested against this but my partner handled it all as I was dealing with my son and felt he needed to pay it! I had no idea about locks so I thought this was the going rate until I spoke to others who said it’s a disgusting price! How are these people still in business! I’m appalled!!!
