Excellent communication. Awesome product. Customer service was very helpful in getting me the parts I needed.

The cup and phone holder is perfectly suited for multiple uses. We're using one for a wheelchair and one for a rollator. They are the envy of people in my wife's circle of friends. The order was processed without any difficulty. Notifications of its progress came regularly, so I was always kept informed. And the follow-ups to ensure satisfaction by means of surveys were right on. Very pleased with the product and the company.

great effort getting my order delivered after there was an error in the delivery address.

I needed replacement rubber fills from the 1 i lost. They were able to verify the correct missing part and I ordered replacements at a very reasonable rate and they arrived from China at a quick rate. Their cup holders for my RAV4 work like a true gem. They have a fan for life in me.

I purchased a portable dual zone car fridge/freezer. About a year & a half later it quit working, & that's when the fun started! I contacted the company thru Amazon & they ask for more info & some pics. I tried, but since Amazon disallows exchange of certain info, our correspondence was being filtered. after about a week I was sent their support contact info & we continued via email. I sent my info & pics, & stated that it must be an electronics issue not a mechanical issue by the way it was acting, & I could repair it myself if I could get the part. After reviewing pics & video they agreed with my assessment & said the part was $20.00 + $7.00 S&H, & would take several weeks - coming from China. The pics they requested included the ID plate w/ model & serial# and the bar code, so although there was a bit of a language barrier I thought we were done. A few weeks later I received the wrong part. I emailed explaining my control panel was wider because it had a USB charging port - what they sent did not. A few weeks later... The next one was the right physical size but had all the wrong connectors on the back. A few weeks later... FINALLY one that fits. works fine. In conclusion, I'm happy with the product & the end result but dealing with a foreign company with no or inadequate US based operations can be challenging!

Fantastic!! I love the mirrors for my jeep but wanted a doors on option as well - they sold me the necessary brackets with no hassle so now I can use the same mirrors for both options- awesome stuff

Bought a portable freezer/refrigerator for my semi-truck a couple years ago. Basically, use it every day. The locking handle broke and a replacement part was shipped out quickly. Love how quiet it runs and quickly it reaches the desired temperature without putting a strain on the battery.

I needed a control board for my 12 v refrigerator. They were fantastic in finding the part and shipping it promptly. Great people and service

Poor quality product as display/control board failed. Horrible wait time for replacement part (over a month) as parts can only be sent from China. I would not recommend or purchase these products based on my experience. Better off purchasing a product with a good warranty and locally made.

I bought a cooler from JoyTutus. The cooler was used maybe four weeks total for during the summer days and now the cooler has failed. For $350, I now have a dead cooler. Joytutus was not helpful at all with this low quality product. I would not trust anything from Joytutus. These compressor coolers are supposed to last many years but it's another example of poor workmanship and basically a scam for using quick to die parts.

This is an expensive lesson on the garbage coming from Joytutus.

Worked to get me the right replacement panels for my Gazebo.

We did our first overlanding trip with our son and his family in Colorado. I had never heard of this brand but the reviews were good so for the price I gave it a try and happy to say I was not disappointed!!! It worked great!!! In the back of my Gladiator it kept my food cool and the freezer yet small ( I knew that when I bought it) it worked great!! Very pleased with it!!!

Needed a replacement part for a refrigerator that is no longer produced. Joytutus was still able to source the part and replaced it for free (Just needed to pay shipping). Great customer service.

Very bad product, dont buy this garbage. I bought second one and its just stopped work same as first one, both of them worked around 6 months, thats it.
It jumped some how to Celsius, and I cant change it to F. My friends have other brands and they working 2-3 years easy. This one is not, I bought second in case size is good for my needs. First one I lost my money, second one I got 2 year protection for extra $25, will see how its goes. Do not repeat my mistake
