Worked through my issue. Listened to the problem I had. Went the extra mile to send me a items list so I could pick out the part that was missing.

Received a broken Chase Bar, customer service was useless and spoke poor English. I suggest using another company for any product you’re looking to buy. No one of authority will get on the phone with customers. Beware cheap prices equal cheap products and service.

BUYER BEWARE!!! We bought the Wide Dog Car Barrier for Vehicles - Black Large 56" by 31" and the bar going across the back of the front seats blocks the rear view mirror. This is a major issue when driving long distances. When contacting customer service via email they said we have two options. Option 1 is to return the product and pay the $40 shipping for a $96 product or Option 2 gift it to someone and get a $15 refund. So if I gifted the product or gave the product away and that friend or family member gets into a accident because they can't see out of the rear view mirror that would be something I would feel awful about. This is clearly a product defect and they should test the products out and only post the vehicles the product supports.

This is my second try with these mirrors, even with the lockdown nut the mirror still do not stay in position when driving on the highway they fold in and move at minimum speed not worth money

the jeep duck holders fit without the ducks but was too close to the windshield so the ducks would not fit

This product does not work as well S I’d hoped. It is disappointing. The angles are limited. Definitely not 360 degrees. It falls off surfaces frequently. I do not recommend.

The item made it before Christmas.

Well, it took a while to get things sorted out but finally my request for assistance in resolving the issue was settled. I received the "Window Covers" that were missing from my order and now I can use the tent I purchased. Great coordination.

Parts and service are just a phone call away. My 12v cooler has been discontinued buy they still sell parts for it (Hinges). No hassles or issues of any kind.
