No stock and poor communication

I ordered two bowls and a plate through the website on 30/12/24 but got an email the same day telling me they had run out of plates and offering me towels or bibs instead. I replied the next day that I do not need towels or bibs, and would like a refund for the unavailable item. It is now a week later and I have heard nothing, had no refund, and no notification whether the remainder of my order has been dispatched.

Order placed and paid for, but company not responding

I placed an order on 10th May and have not received my products. I have emailed customer service multiple times with no answer and also called the phone number on the website with no answer. This feels like a scam company who have taken my money but are not sending me the product I have paid for.

Plate and bowl..

I received my plate and bowl for my grandaughter Christmas and they are absolutely beautiful so happy with them and they are boxed lovely.

Extremely Poor Communication

Joyto took payment for my order, but haven’t sent any communication to confirm whether my order has been accepted, or when it will be delivered. I’ve emailed Joyto’s Customer Service department to ask the above, but haven’t heard anything back either.

Company is not reachable

I committed a mistake on my order and tried to contact them by the number they have provided on their website but it always goes through to voicemail.
I have also emailed them and had no responses or any luck.
If anyone can please get back to me to resolve my query, I would very much appreciate it.

10/10 Customer Service

After not receiving my item for 2 weeks, I struggled to get in contact with the company! However after they read my review they sorted the issue out right away, I received the items 2 days later. Thankyou very much for keeping my toddlers clean!

I have quite a few of these products. I wouldn't use anything other now. the spoons are brilliant. so soft on my sons sore gums. the snooze pod was amazing quality and lovely for the new born days and the cloth bibs are so handy!

I recommend to anyone I speak to now. Will be upgrading as my baby grows!
