The received gifts arrived much later (about 3 weeks) than promised, too late for the event they were ordered for, and ony arrived after my chasing. The received ducks look nothing like the customised ducks promised - in fact the only personalisation is the couples names written on a cheap toy. I estimate I paid about x20 times too much for the cheap rubbish I received.

I love the fact that even though the picture is so small, it came out clear and big enough to see. I bought it for my Sister who has liver Cancer. It's a picture of her and I in our RAMS shirts, the inscription says" RAMs Sisters forever".

Someone purchased a DJ model for me. Later on they told me the price was $38 plus $10 speedy shipping. It took almost 2 weeks to arrive. When it arrived, it was a minuscule model, looked 3D printed, very light cheap quality. I appreciated the gesture greatly. However, in all honesty, I felt sad because the person who bought this for me had clearly been hugely ripped off - I wouldn’t have paid €1 for it. My experience, stay away.

Ordered 4 Christmas bracelets they came in 4 crappy white boxes and the bracelets weren’t even finished

The throw was very soft and big. Only complaint was the picture of the dogs face covered the whole throw and you couldn’t hardly see her shirt she was wearing. Wished it had not been so big so you could see more of her…needed to be smaller picture of her….

The ducks I ordered look exactly like my son. I got them as Christmas gifts, and I can hardly wait to see them opened up on Christmas day.

I ordered a personalized wedding dress hanger. Unfortunately, I discovered shortly afterwards that Joymemento had stolen the product photos for this hanger from an Etsy seller. I also ordered the "original" hanger from Etsy because I was worried I had fallen for a fake shop or would receive an unusable, low-quality product. That turned out to be the right decision. While I did receive a hanger from Joymemento, it really doesn't look good compared to the original from Etsy and is certainly not worthy of holding a wedding dress. Honestly, I find it pretty unfair to simply copy photos from other shops and sell customers inferior junk. I subsequently opened a dispute with PayPal, and fortunately, I got my money back immediately.

They don’t sell what they advertise. My mug was a some cheap 2D substitute and nothing like the 3D image displayed. Very disappointing.

The doll doesn't stand well on the base just with the small stickers.
