There was absolutely nothing wrong ith the product. I never opened the box, as family had over bought the same item for Christmas, for the same person. My unhappiness comes from the return process to get the return label.

The item never came
The item never came. Shipped via Uniuni and just never left their facility. Eventually the order was canceled and refunded. Looked like a cool product, very disappointed to not receive it

I was sent an item that had obviously been opened. It was not functioning. It will not charge. And so far the company is refusing to send me a prepaid return label so I can send it back for a full refund.

High quality product quickly delivered
I bought the SWIV 3in1 charger. While I bought it for travel due to its compact size, it quickly moved into daily use because of its usefulness and quality build. It has a very modern and clean look. I have tried your suggested solutions and none work. Your device is a very attractive paper weight that only charges an iPhone and nothing else. Not worth the money. I would like to return it for a refund. The only purpose of buying it was to have all of my charging in one device that was attractive in my newly renovated modern home (master bedroom). That has failed and I am using my travel device that is not as attractive but works.
