The system worked very well when my initial order had to be returned owing to a sizing issue. No problem returning trousers for a smaller size. The free p and p for both delivery and return is a must when buying on line.

Joseph Turner proposes some clothes that I actually like, which is a good start! I am in the conservative casual camp. Their sizing methodology accommodates the awkward length of my arms. Their pricing is not cheap, but is fair in relation to the quality. Their habit of saying ‘reduced from some fictional figure’ fools nobody and slightly degrades the offering. Their delivery, packaging and customer support are all first class.

I have bought clothing from Joseph Turner before and have always been pleased with their products and service. This time was no exception. The tie ordered was as shown online and was delivered within 2 days.

Very smart and beautifully made gilet. I wear it nearly every day now that the wether has turned. Fat delivery too.

The jacket that I bought turned out to be slightly too big, but the return policy/process and receipt of a replacement one size smaller was incredibly quick and efficient. I’d buy from them again based on this experience.

Lovely quality shoes. I ordered online for my father in lockdown, were too big. He was able to send back filling in returns form and order the size needed on the same form which arrived really quickly. Very easy process for someone who has no idea about computers. He is very happy with the service and quality. Everything was so easy for him.

Good value although some items in the catalogue are becoming increasingly expensive

I bought two pairs size large (as indicated for my 36/37 waist. I wore each pair but found them far too big. Easily fit 40 waist. I then bought a further two pairs in medium. They fit. Clearly sizing is awry!
