Ordered a rug 11 days ago. Tracking doesnt work, Yodel havent received the parcel and Jordhome arent responding to calls, emails or instragam messages. Scam company, DO NOT use.
I ordered a rug for delivery in 5 to 7 days, but after 7 days it had not even been despatched. E mailed seller, no reply. A few days later sent a message using the on line contact form. No reply. The web site looks very professional but the reality is that this is a very unprofessional seller, do not believe the promises and warm words. They say they would love to hear from you, that they will reply to all enquiries with 48 hours or sooner, but you are ignored. AVOID and buy from elsewhere. Cancelled the order. Will I get a quick refund? Probably not, more hassle no doubt!
Ordered three sheepskins. Received no communication afterwards. After 2 weeks I was getting worried so I emailed twice and called three times before I got an answer. I was told my order is temporarily out of stock. I received my order the following week and I’m not happy with the sheepskins. They have a different branding label on the reverse stating that they are Hamlins sheepskins; I would never want one of those- on sale everywhere for half the price! I suppose I got scammed by a fancy website.
