I couldn’t recommend this Estate Agents enough!
I had lost all hope with my other mortgage advisor on a flat I had really wanted to buy, he told me I “couldn’t have it and to start looking again”.
But Jones Estate Agent’s have their own very qualified mortgage advisor and I asked him to try for me. Within days he found me a lender, and the best bit was it was free of charge for their services, whereas my other mortgage advisor was trying to charge me over £1000.
Don’t waste your time and money using “independent mortgage advisors” like I did. Jones Estate agents sorted everything for me making the whole experience much less stressful. 10/10!

Damp and mould everywhere
Damp and mould everywhere.
Put about £600 into making the house liveable.
No gas over December, January and February.
Then got made homeless (no fault eviction). Also didn't get my bond back and a bathroom sink which got broken doesn't cost £450.
Shocking landlady who obviously doesn't have any basic human morals.

Whilst your second 1 star review is on Jones Estate Agents account, I again have no option but to reply to your comments.
As per our previous reply, the answers are generic to ensure no breach of data protection.
With regards to the security required by Landlords, this is standard. Where risk may be higher for some tenants, Landlord will seek further guarantees. With the forthcoming limitations of rent in advance and current limits on security deposits, higher risk tenants are likely, in future, to be declined by many Landlords not being able to afford this risk.
A Landlord will generally only seek to evict tenants where either the property has not been maintained, or the rent is not being paid. You are aware of the reasons for your eviction from the property.
With regards to a Boiler repair/replacement needed, the Landlord can only deal with this AFTER you have reported it.
The Landlord is of course, able to obtain more than one quotation to replace any boiler and this takes time and, of course, the works were scheduled to be replaced immediately upon the quote being received.
We appreciate the frustration that these kinds of repairs take, but it remains the same when you own your property that you are reliant on tradesman, who often have works planned weeks in advance, and in some cases, delays are made as other works were needed doing prior to the installation of the new boiler.

Highly recommend
Incredibly quick and easy, my mortgage was accepted within days, really professional personable service.
