Had a new kitchen and flooring fitted. The guys honestly went above and beyond in terms of attention to detail, including me in decisions, cleaning on the job and in doing more than I had expected or hoped for. They are also friendly, polite and a general pleasure to have in. Cant thank you enough :)

Today I had a washing machine installed which should have been standard however the correct hole in a cabinet to enable a water source was not completed by previous construction, however the team overcame this and sorted the problem and still were able to complete the installation the same day in good timing.

Louis and his team have been outstanding from start to finish. Their workmanship is consistently of the highest standard, and the results speak for themselves; every project has achieved an excellent refinance outcome. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I've had work done by Louis and the team. Full flat refurbishment, done to an excellent standard and finished before scheduled. Very easy to deal with and the team can be reached quickly if there are questions or changes of plan required. They provide a quality ongoing property management service as well which makes life a lot easier for the remote landlord. Thoroughly recommended👍🏽

Lattuca invest has used Red Kite EPCs and it is a pleasure to carry out the EPC work for them, they pride themselves on the local workforce and local businesses used for each project, plus the finish and property standards are really great :)

I was introduced to Louis through a mutual friend. He is spot on, I would say start to finish but there is no finish as such as the relationship is ongoing! I like that I am able to get hold of him easily and if he isn't available immediately he will always come back to you. As such you don't end up finding yourself chasing! This point really needs to be emphasised too as he does a great job coordinating different trades in the most efficient way. He is a man of his word which in this day and age is virtually unheard of. People are quick to promise the world and then once the deal agreed drift off into obscurity - NOT LOUIS. He does not operate this way. I also adopt the same principles which is why I think we work so well together. No complaints from me and I'd happily recommend him!! Great guy, great team!

Been doing work for Lou and team for little over a year. Nothing but good things to say about them all. Professional and look out for their tenants / clients

Work done to a very poor standard, practically no running or hot water, cheap paint causing stains to clothes, no damp proofing in the bathroom, issues like inadequate windows and damp in the bathroom ignored and painted over, floor layer without being cleared first so you can feel and see bolts etc through the floor, broken handrail on the stairs, doors that don't close, rat infestation, house put to let with just a hole from the sink to the garden
- so anything put through it just goes into the garden and not a drain, bins full of concrete, mold and damp, and more! Ofcourse plenty of empty promises and lies to amend issues, that are not followed through - going as far as to tell the letting agents things like broken windows and broken hand rails have been fixed, when they haven't for months upon months and still ongoing.
If you care about your tenants, pride and long term costs in terms of constant repairs, amendments and chasing up poor quality then stay well away.
