Automated Rejection + They Sold My Data to Alignerr

Do not apply to Jonas Software. I applied for one of their roles directly on their official careers page. Within less than 24 hours, I received a generic, automated rejection email—yet the exact same job posting is still active on their website. It gets worse: shortly after being rejected, I started getting unsolicited emails from Alignerr, a company I never shared my email or personal information with, yet they had it in the emails. It is clear that Jonas Software is running an "always-open" ghost job pipeline strictly to harvest resumes and sell applicant contact information to third-party AI training platforms. Protect your data and stay away from this company.
