We have been working with Intercity for three months or so, with them taking over our billing initially then porting us over to Vodafone at a later point. This process has begun over the last couple of weeks, and our experience has been great so far. Intercity have provided resource on site to support with number porting and device replacements, as well as providing expertise around how we can improve our device enrollment for better colleague experience. A great start to our relationship and I would highly recommend Intercity to anyone looking to change their mobile partner.

Friendly helpful teams who go out of their way to support customers. The new mobile portal already has lots of information and options to manage mobiles and view support tickets without having to call or email, and the live chat option makes it much easier to speak to customer services when needed.
