I can't say enough wonderful things about Jollys Jewellers! I've made several purchases and have been thrilled with every one of them. I requested a video viewing/live chat and Ashley always got back to me straight away to set up a time. Seeing the items on a model helped me tremendously in making my selections and all of my questions where thoroughly answered. No pressure, lots of patience, and they were very happy to try on as many pieces as I needed to see to compare what I was looking for. I will definitely be buying from Jollys again and highly recommend them. 5-Stars all the way!

First class all the way
Tom and everybody couldn’t do enough to help me purchase my wedding band. The process from start to finish was flawless, I have an amazing ring which was despatched immediately. I was slightly nervous from making quite a high purchase without seeing the ring, but I soon realised I had nothing to worry about because Jolly’s customer service is first class. I’m thrilled to know where to go back to for future purchases. To top it off, the ring needed re-sizing and Tom did this complimentary! Well done, it’s so nice to come across a good business with proper old fashioned customer service : )
