The only reason I ranked this a great is the price. It will be a year with Layla in March. Otherwise, I have had no issues what so ever with Layla. I have even recommended Layla to a couple of friends.

Horrible customer service. My order was not delivered and no one could tell me what was going on. Just awful! Order finally showed up 4 days late. No one ever even checked or apologized!

It took a month to get the first shipment and I was billed upon ordering and the second month's payment was billed before anything was received. It straightened itself out in the end after I unsubscribed. My doctor was not pleased that I had started taking weight loss drugs without being under a doctor's care. After switching to a weight loss program in my primary care doctor's practice, my medication is much cheaper because I have diabetes.

Great reliable company. I referred both of my sisters as well, and they are also completely satisfied. Hopefully the cost will eventually come down! Packaging is perfect, and it’s always on time. They answer questions quickly on there message board. Would highly recommend. Have lost 56 pounds in a year.

Generally speaking, they're great. I've been using this option for a while now and I've lost about 45 pounds without trying. I do feel that communication can be less than stellar at times. I think there needs to be some clarifications about their check-ins/ordering processes, perhaps a guide to dosage increases and what max dosages are, and about pricing beyond the first three months. That said, they have always been reasonably responsive to questions and the drug works as indicated. I certainly could never afford the monthly cost of name brand versions, so for me this option is a lifesaver. Since insurance doesn't cover the name brands typically, compounded is currently the only viable alternative for me. Even with the reduced rates compared to name brand they are still pricey when you look at consumer costs of this drug in other countries, and it would be lovely if they would consider price breaks for multiple month commitments (other than for the first three months).

The last batch must have been defective. It gave me a red rash for days after injection. That had never happened. Must have switched suppliers.

It took a lot of communications before I could get the dose I was expecting when asked for a refill after my initial three months. It was an annoying experience and a delay with almost two weeks.
