Really worked well
The pricing is really good compared to others. On time delivery and checkups with provider services. I lost a lot of weight, however I had to stop treatment due to finances, which was heart breaking.

They were easy to work with. It was definitely the best choice for me. I have lost 65 lbs in 7 months and got rid of all the bad eating habits I had. I now exercise and watch what I eat. No more mindless eating! I’m 72 and have a new lease on life.

After an initial response from my experience review, Layla customer service reached out to resolve my problem by re-shipping the medication. I responded to them only to get a message asking for more information, which had been already clearly stated in previous messages. I responded to them again. That was 10 days ago and after sending another message to them directly, I haven't received a response.

Simple process
The process is simple and medication is sent quickly. I have had an issue with physicians not responding to questions or concerns that I have written about in my check in assessment. The same generic message is sent after each visit despite questions being asked.
