I have just created an account and linked the bank account that I wanted to negotiate. But every time I hit negotiate it falls into a loop where it takes me to the premium membership sign up page. It is indirectly forcing me to pay 35 dollars in the premium services. I don't want to pay for a premium membership until I see this service actually works, I am ready to pay 25% fee if I get a refund. Also, in the premium membership sign up page it asks us to agree that the fee is non refundable and it will take 15 to 60 days to get the replies from the bank.

I was struggling financially, and this was an unexpected pleasant surprise. I really didn’t think I would be getting any money back, but in like two days after submitting negotiations details—funds were deposited into my account. I would’ve liked to have received more than I did, but something is better than nothing. I’m forever grateful and will continue to be a premium client.

Love them!!! They help me get my fee back first it was said that the fees that was gonna be returned was 1200 but Jason my repetitive was able to get them to return up to 2380!!! Jason went all out for me especially since I’m sick right now he spoke for me and made sure I get everything back thank you very much

Wow what can I say. They retrieved 102.00 for me in fees and I paid a small fee who cares about the small fee as I am getting back money I never would have. It was also a very quick turnaround from when I applied and when I received my refund. I got my money back before Harvest ever contacted me. Thanks.

I recently used the Acorns Harvest service and my Representative's name was Jason. Jason recovered me over $442 in bank fees. This helped me so much because I recently encountered a hardship due to the pandemic. I originally signed up for the service in June, and got my call scheduled by the Acorns company for September 9th. Jason was very professional on the phone line and did a great job pushing back on the irritating and annoying Wells Fargo employees who didn't want to release the fees back to my bank account. After 30 minutes, finally they let a Supervisor on the line who immediately said because of my hardship, they would release these fees. $442 later and we are moving forward, finally!!! Amazing job Jason! You are the expert Negotiator!

I used the negotiate option. It was very easy to finish the application after connecting my bank account. 2 days after I joined, I had refunds in my bank account! Very easy to use. Will definitely be recommending this to my friends. Thank you harvest

Wow. I didn't know if this would work but $272 refund is awesome!!! Managing too many accounts caused problems for me and now I will soon shut 2 out of 3 down to eliminate od fees.

This is the third time I’ve used Harvest and each time, I have received more then $200 back in overturned overdraft fees. I am so grateful to them, especially when I’m low on funds and have a unnecessary overdraft charge. Thank you so much! I will continue to use their services
