I have just created an account and linked the bank account that I wanted to negotiate. But every time I hit negotiate it falls into a loop where it takes me to the premium membership sign up page. It is indirectly forcing me to pay 35 dollars in the premium services. I don't want to pay for a premium membership until I see this service actually works, I am ready to pay 25% fee if I get a refund. Also, in the premium membership sign up page it asks us to agree that the fee is non refundable and it will take 15 to 60 days to get the replies from the bank.

I was struggling financially, and this was an unexpected pleasant surprise. I really didn’t think I would be getting any money back, but in like two days after submitting negotiations details—funds were deposited into my account. I would’ve liked to have received more than I did, but something is better than nothing. I’m forever grateful and will continue to be a premium client.

I recently used the Acorns Harvest service and my Representative's name was Jason. Jason recovered me over $442 in bank fees. This helped me so much because I recently encountered a hardship due to the pandemic. I originally signed up for the service in June, and got my call scheduled by the Acorns company for September 9th. Jason was very professional on the phone line and did a great job pushing back on the irritating and annoying Wells Fargo employees who didn't want to release the fees back to my bank account. After 30 minutes, finally they let a Supervisor on the line who immediately said because of my hardship, they would release these fees. $442 later and we are moving forward, finally!!! Amazing job Jason! You are the expert Negotiator!
