Harvest is great and got me a good amount of money back from bank fees such as overdraft and ATM fees. Only thing is now the whole thing is completely your and I'm not sure if they even do stuff like that anymore.

I agree with the negative reviews. I paid for premium and my negotiation has been pending for months. Got a letter from my bank that said they no longer do written request for return of over draft fees so I sent harvest a message and told them and attached the letter from my bank. I requested multiple times for them to contact me so that we can do a 3 way call with my bank and have not received not 1 response back. Last year they were great and were able to get me back $800 in refunds . I don’t know what happened this year. Will definitely not be recommending anymore. In fact with everyone who has gotten scammed by them for their premium membership I thought ability seeking legal action. It’s ridiculous how many of us loyal customers got the butt end of stock from this company.

same problem as everyone else. used it years ago successfully so i signed up this year to get some fees refunded, and the negotiation has been pending for months. I’ve emailed them multiple times to get this issue fixed and i’m lucky if i get a single response. once i’ve responded with info they ask for, i get ghosted. don’t waste your money!!
DO NOT PAY FOR A MEMBERSHIP
Took my money for a “premium membership” when it used to be that they took a portion of the refunds once they paid out. The website REPEATEDLY FOR DAYS NOW has said they are having troubles with no further information and says to simply try again later. I’ve reached out 5 times now and no one has helped me or resolved the matter. I’m out the 35$ and this was literally a scam. I had used them in the past to help me get bank refunds and there was no issue so naturally I felt comfortable giving them 35$ to help me again and now, NOTHING works and I’m out the money. Seriously ticked off about this.

Absolutely terrible. Paid for premium and never heard back like almost everyone else. They were great years ago when they DIDN’T charge unless you got money back. They sure were on top of it when they were getting part of it. Waste of $34. Only way to contact is by email. No response in over 3 months. Negotiation still “pending”.

If I could give zero stars I would! Started this process nearly a year ago, they took the money they wanted from my bank right away (causing another overdraft fee). I’ve contacted numerous times throughout the year since this started and continually get generic bot responses. No resolution at all.

Premium is a scam, bad customer service
Worked really well at first, so i decided to upgrade to the premium which cost like $30. Since then, it hasn’t worked at all and won’t let me do any negotiations, even though it promised unlimited ones. I reached out to customer service 3 times, one time a week, and never heard anything back for 3 weeks. Finally got an email back weeks later asking me to detail my problems, which I already did in my original emails but did it again. Once again I didn’t hear anything back for weeks and when I finally did they just told me the the capabilities of premiun but didn’t offer me any solutions for it not working. I asked for a refund since I was paying for nothing and was told (again weeks later) that no refund could be offered even though I was paying for nothing. DO NOT sign up for premium it is a scam and their customer service is extremely slow / non responsive and unhelpful.

They did nothing to help you get your money back except one auto-generated messages. No custom service at all, no phone, no online chat, if you send them a message, no response at all. You even could not find a button to cancel your membership in their website. Don't know how they get this high rate, but don't trust them, it's just a waste of money.
Disappointing Scam
Unfortunately, the other reviews are right, this company is a complete scam. I signed up for premium and spent the $35 on November 13, 2021 hoping I could get some help with my bank fees so that I could end my relationship with the bank I was using and hopefully recover some of the fees that were already taken from me. I was really excited about this service and hopeful that the positive reviews were more in line with the experience I would receive. I thought if this were true this is an amazing idea and can really help people. I’d gladly pay the $35.
However I got the same treatment as many others. I waited the 60-day period, and then some, and with no word from them, in February I asked about the progress. They replied it would still take more time. So I waited more, and now it has been well over 90 business days (I counted to make sure), and still nothing. The other reviews are right—you can only contact them via their website. There is no phone customer service and you cannot send a direct email. Any correspondence is completely on their terms and virtual. I’m well versed in scam company red flags and this is a big one, I should have caught on to that from there.
I used this service because I really needed the money. I was hoping for some help during hard times but I just got scammed out of, ironically enough, the exact same amount as an overdraft fee. Harvest knows that those are the types of customers attracted to their fake “service” and I found it very gross that they take advantage of people in that way. Believe the reviews on this one, this is very much a scam and a massive disappointment.

Don't Join their Premium Program
Don't join their premium program. I signed up after 3 successful negotiations thinking it would be beneficial, but AS SOON as I signed up for their "premium membership" they could no longer negotiate for me or get ANYTHING refunded. I signed up 3 months ago and it has been the BIGGEST waste of money. It's impossible to get in touch with a live person, they have very BARE minimum information available about their program. After emailing the rudest customer service agent and being told I just have to wait 30-60 days when every other negotiation took literally 10 minutes. It's been 90 days and I can tell you full heartedly their premium membership is a scam. My sister tried signing up with them and they won't even allow you to use their uses without upgrading to their useless premium account.
