Long wait for conference
I ordered Terzepitide & expected to get it in around 3-5 days. My PCP previously ordered it for me but my insurance wouldn’t pay. So, I thought I could order from Embody & get it at a reasonable price & get it quickly. But, I have to wait until July 29 for a conference with a NP. I thought it would be quicker! PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE WATCH YOUR BACK
I was in the ordering process and as I was asked to put various ADD ONS I repeatedly said NO. Then all of a sudden the screen said Ordered. No review of the order so you could confirm what you were going to receive. I then realized that this was a vile not a pen for injection. So I immediately called the customer service number to cancel the order. Not more than 5 minutes had transpired when I spoke to customer service rep who informed me that she couldn't cancel the order. WHAT? Then I had to wait on the phone several minutes before I could cancel any futher orders . I was put on hold 2x. Finally got any futher orders cancelled. They got me for the first order $130, but I count my blessing that I found out NOW what kind of company I would have been dealing with not later down the road.
