Really impressed with the way they conduct business.

CrowdHealth is the BEST alternative to insurance. My experience has been better than I could have ever expected. Most insurance companies have terrible customer service and reluctantly help you pay for expenses. CrowdHealth is the opposite. My Care Advocate, Adri, takes exceptional care of me. When I found out that I was pregnant, I sent over several questions, and her first response was a huge "Congratulations!" I couldn't believe it! Since then, she has guided me through using CrowdHealth with ease. Not only is the customer service amazing, but the onboarding and interface makes getting bills crowd funded simple. I recommend CrowdHealth to anyone I can!

Customer service is beyond great - they are responsive and they actually care. CrowdHealth is an innovative disruptor in its model, but an even bigger impact for me is that I know I'm talking to a person - not AI. And it's a supportive and positive experience rather than the absolute angst of health insurance and the whole medical system. The support from CH and from the community makes more of a difference than one would realize or anticipate.

Amazing to have a community like this--both the members and CrowdHealth employees--at our back!! App works fantastically, turn around time for submitting our bills has been great, and my Care Advocate is always quick to answer questions and help out in any way that she can! There is so much available to us being members, and the company is constantly trying to add value to their offering. If any company has the capacity to take down the insurance industry, it's this one!

Absolutely BLOWN AWAY. Our family of three (one toddler, myself, and my husband) signed up for CrowdHealth after a job change left us temporarily without health insurance. Previously, we had been paying over $1,000 a month with a $1,500 deductible per person...and that was considered "Gold" insurance on Marketplace. While initially nervous to make the switch—it sounded 'too good' to be true—we have been left speechless at how easy, comprehensive, and generous this community is. Never has getting care been so easy, whether it's for mental health, a child primary care visit, or an upcoming leg surgery I'm now scheduled for. At every turn, the CrowdHealth Advocates have responded to our emails within hours, and my first 'major' event bill was just Crowdfunded, with funds released back to us within a week. I cannot imagine going back to the traditional healthcare system after this!

I could not be happier than I am with my experience with Crowdhealth! I submitted my bill for labs and it was crowdfunded seamlessly. The representative assigned to me was very helpful as I submitted this first event. She directed me exactly as I needed to be and I was able to follow. The app is easy to use and all is beautifully self-explanatory. I do have a regret and that is that I didn't sign up for Crowdhealth sooner!

So far a great experience. Easy to use app and easy to submit health events. I received quick reimbursement for my first health bill. Love the platform so far!

I’ve been a member for 6 months now. I’m very pleased with how things are going. It takes a little more effort than using traditional health insurance, but it’s manageable and I feel good knowing that the crowd is collectively part of the solution to lowering healthcare costs for many people. I truly believe this approach is the best way forward as the existing system is broken.
