It's easy to use. The customer service is consistent and good.

CrowdHealth has been exactly what I hoped it would be! As someone who does not have many healthcare needs and was never going to hit my $8,000 deductible, traditional health insurance didn’t make sense for me. CrowdHealth gives me peace of mind knowing I am not completely on my own if something catastrophic does happen, while also giving me the freedom to see the providers I want. The included virtual care and talk therapy benefits are amazing. Customer service is top notch and they are so transparent as a company. I also just love knowing my contributions to the crowd are actually helping people who also value their health and not just lining a CEO’s pockets. Highly recommend!

I like that they are open to alternative therapies. I also like the quarterly specials to help us check our health in different ways. The advocates that I have communicated with have always been very quick to respond and helpful. I love this form of 'insurance' and have been spreading the word as much as I can!

Although the process of getting our daughter's procedure funded took a while, the team was always helpful and on top of everything. We are so grateful. Our bills went down to a small fraction of the actual costs, thanks to CrowdHealth! Best decision to get uninsured!

CrowdHealth’s business model represents a new paradigm for funding your health care needs, so it takes a little getting used to. But their team makes the transition to their way of doing things easy. I hope the entire healthcare system has to change its business models to now adapt to our new paradigm too.

Not only was Makenna incredibly prompt and helpful with her responses, the rest of the team I worked with was excellent. The while process was minimal steps, very easy, very fast, and an overall success. Another reason I am SO GLAD we are with Crowd Health!

We love that our annual wellness visits are eligible to send to the crowd as well. We pick the doctors we want, with no networks to worry about.
