Amazing 5 star service from Calvin and Adrian at Johnson’s VW. From our initial enquiry on the ID4 that had just arrived in to stock, Calvin took great care and paid attention to important details by giving us video updates, regular phone calls and email communications. My wife and I were very impressed. Special thank you to Steven the manager who come over the end of the handover to see us away, you have some talented individuals in your team and a real testament to VW and your dealership. Thank you once again for your help in sorting everything out remotely, the whole process was just a breeze from start to finish.

The most important aspect of my experience at Johnson's of Wigan, when having my car serviced, was that after having suffered frustrating, lengthy attempts to arrange matters online and via an anonymous, central phone line, I decided to visit the dealership to sort arrangements in person. In the event, as you would expect, the work done on the car was efficient and advice received about future work was much appreciated. However, it was the respect, kind consideration and exemplary professionalism of
the reception staff member, namely Iona Edwards, that was beyond doubt the most satisfying and memorable feature of the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble for Iona and, without going into unnecessary details about some particular requirements and problems I brought to the proceedings, she responded with pleasing grace and charm, making any of my concerns vanish and ensuring that I left totally reassured and grateful for all of the treatment, help and understanding that I had received from her on behalf of the comany. I cannot thank her enough!

I went to this Honda dealership to look at a used CRV. I have had 5 CRVs! Darren took me on a test drive. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and hybrid engine, and then very cleverly, let the car sell itself. When I mentioned that I preferred the walnut trim in my older model, he offered to change the trims over. I loved that suggestion and it really helped me to decide to buy the car. Danny then took over and did all the paperwork, and kept in contact for the few days before I came in to collect the car. He was very courteous and professional and did what he said he would do. When I came in today to collect the car, everything was ready, everything had been thought about. The changeover of the trims was done immediately, and I drove away thinking what a brilliant Honda dealership. I've been to so many Honda dealerships over the last 30 years. Thanks again to Danny and Darren.

Instantaneous email correspondence, first impressions.. and dealt with everything in an efficient, professional manner. Everything was easy and simple.
Excellent post-purchase customer service, and excellent delivery, exactly as promised.
The car wasn't cleaned prior to the test drive on my initial visit, but I was told this was due to overhead trees on-site, so that was understandable.
There's no room for old-fashioned bartering on used sales prices anymore, but they were able to accommodate other perks where possible.
Would highly recommend — full confidence thanks to the free warranty service next year. They even got out a dent and polished the car beautifully clean prior to delivery.
Couldn't recommend them enough, a fully trustworthy, certified Mazda garage/dealer. I wouldn't consider buying an MX-5 from anyone else without exhausting my options with Johnsons Mazda first.
