We know they are now permanently closed we just wanted to say how wonderful and professional they were right up to when we got our deposit back.. I’m so sorry for what happened to them and if they they were to build up their company again I would not hesitate to return to them

I believe the owner has passed away and the estate is dealing with the closure

They are in liquidation. We went there this week to find out they are permanently closed and everything will be auctioned off online.

Great service, ordered part A M Thursday, arrived by lunchtime the following day.
I have used this company a couple of times previously never been a problem.

We recently ordered an awning part from this company, the service and delivery was disgusting, I would not recommend this company, not even worthy of one star.

Very environmentally unfriendly. We ordered mud flaps for our motorhome which are fine and arrived quickly. The volume of plastic packaging was three times the volume of the packed item. After ringing JC to raise the issue, it obvious that they were totally unconcerned. Not my dept or responsibility. Come on JC, this is not acceptable nowadays.

Just bought fiamma awning stays from them, best price on internet n arrived so quick. Definitely 5 star company.

Awful customer service not even worthy of one star. Mathew is THE worst and has zero customer service. Avoid this company. They give incorrect advice and then you’re left to pick their mistakes up financially. I just wish I’d read the reviews before using them.

Do not support this business. Really unhelpful staff, in particular, white male, 50s, balding, around six foot. He’s really unwilling to help and talks to you like an idiot. Try Hurst Green, as they are really good.

Just don’t use, really rude staff, especially the approx 50 year old male, dark/ balding hair, around six foot. Completely unhelpful and spoke to us like idi..ots. The stock is poor too. Luckily there’s helpful knowledgable staff in Hurst Green that were happy to take our service and a good review.

Waste of space ordered my item on the 15th of August now the 26th still the item i purchased has not arrived. Go elsewhere if i was you cheaper on other sites anyway.

Ordered the parts for my Fiamma caravan awning and they were right first time,delivered quickly and fitted perfectly. Also they were in genuine packaging.

NOT ANY GOOD Purchase a FIAMMA F40 Awning from them

It rattles like a bag of nails, tried all things to damp it down
but l feel the design is not

The only help l get is either take it off and wait for Fiamma to produce a deadening kit some time in March or put up with it.

Do not deal with this company! Rang to confirm a part I needed for my awning was compatible with the one they had on the website. Spoke to someone who confirmed this, so I placed the order online. The part arrived quickly (The only good thing about the whole transaction). Booked my camper in with company who were going to fit it. As it turned out, the part was not the correct one for my awning!
Rang through to John Cross Motorhome straight away to advise that they had sent an incorrect one. The chap I spoke to (Lee), was very nice & explained that I needed to return the item with a covering letter & copy of the invoice- which I did at a cost of £3.95.
Received a refund for the part itself, but no refund of return postage costs.
Rang again to enquire when they could refund my return costs. Spoke to Nick (at John Cross) on the phone who told me rather bluntly that he was confused why I ordered the incorrect part. Explained that the person I spoke to originally had obviously got the info wrong. He wanted to know the date/time and name of the person I spoke to. (Who keeps this information when making an inquiry!??) Nick then rudely sad that the return postage would not be refunded as it was apparently all my fault!!! Perhaps Nick should go on a public relations course...... Im now out of pocket & will never use this company again or indeed recommend it to others

I ordered some items and I was suprised, as they arrived the next morning. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely be shopping here again.

Bought a shade tent from them as they had a very keen price. Tent came two days later by tracked courier. Couldn't fault the transaction.
