We had a brilliant stay at Casa One Hundred recently - communication was first class leading up to our stay, the house was spotless & the kitchen had literally everything you could need.

We would definitely rebook!! 😀

As the renter of a Brighton managed property I had a woeful experience. I was charged fees I did not know about. My complaints were brushed aside as “rude”. Its explanation twisted the truth to its financial advantage. I would never again deal with this dishonest company.

CASA 100, Amazing property. Really clean and welcoming property. Has everything you need. Really well placed to either get to Swansea centre or to the Mumbles. Local shops and parking really close. Cannot fault the house or location. Hosts are really responsive for amy questions. Would stay again.

I haven’t even signed on with Joe and Debbie yet and I’ve already got so much free guidance. These guys are real and genuine and out to help people. Thanks guys! I would unreservedly recommend.

I have be Joe and Debbie membership programme for about 5 months now.

They are so knowledgeable and experience in everything rent to rent.

Their always there for you if you ever need help with anything.

Their rent to rent online training is amazing and it has all the information you will ever need to get you set up in rent to rent.

They trustworthy, honest, reliable, got heart of gold,and genuine, and genuinely what you to see you do well in property and rent to rent.

Being on their mentorship programme has given me so much more confidence, self belief, and knowledge within rent to rent and property in general.

Joe & Debbie are just fantastic, the knowledge between them is amazing! they hold 2 zoom meetings each week which I've been participating in & i have learnt plenty! I'm looking to join the mentoring programme and start this property journey.

I started with very little knowledge of rent to rent and property generally - only hearing of terms and having a basic understanding of what they meant through YouTube and books.

I had wanted to get into property before joining JEP 1-2-1 mentorship, but like anyone, you're not sure how or who to trust. A lot of people say they can do this for you, do that etc, make it sound like you're going to get rich and sell you the dream... Not with JEP, they make you accountable for your own actions and provide the knowledge and their support for you whenever you need them.

Both Debbie & Joe compliment each other well, offer you fantastic communication and response times and are simply there for you. They truly care about you and genuinely care about helping others within the great community they've created.

If you apply yourself and control what you can control (ie your time, your choices, your decisions and your effort), then the rest will take care of itself along their support.

I could not recommend them more - on a support level, you won't receive better than what Debbie & Joe can offer you.

I have been working under Joe and Debbie for barely a month and already I have learnt from them what I never did anywhere, with anyone else. They care about what they do and they care about who they mentor. They are incredible and dedicated, I couldn’t recommend them enough.

What I love about this program is honesty from Joe and Debbie.

I have been on Joe and Debbie’s mentor course for 8 months now and what can I say… these two will not sleep until everyone’s questions are answered day or night, you will get a response. They are also very knowledgeable, kind and two of the most caring people I have ever met, whenever you’re not motivated they will motivate you and get you to get back to work. They also offer a FREE zoom available to everyone which is incredibly valuable and even if you’re not on the mentor course they will still help you out!
