I rented here for a year and had a really good experience. Maintenance issues were handled quickly and efficiently. I’m especially grateful to Mae and Kat for their exceptional service. They were always so helpful and genuinely sweet. Overall, a great team and a great & peaceful place to stay.

Very peaceful stay!! There wasnt a problem at all. All the issues were handled professionally.

Everyone in the team was extremely helpful and they were very prompt at resolving any issues faced during my stay with one of their properties. Everything was very well managed and didn’t have any issues with the team. Had to vacate due to special circumstances.

Abacus Property Factors offers a 5 star professional service. Very fair and always quick to respond and clarify things.

My experience with Abacus Property has been excellent. I moved into one of the properties as a placement student in Rugby, upgraded to a studio flat months after and have been with them for close to 2 years.

Mae & Kat, the two people that I’ll always be grateful for helping me with situations, providing quick resolutions to any problems encountered in the flat/common area. The process is very straightforward and easy from deposit to paying rent to repaying the deposit back to us.

I would highly recommend them and their properties to rent across the UK.

The team has always been super helpful and quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed something sorted. Everything from moving in to day-to-day stuff has been really smooth. It just makes a big difference when you feel like you’re being looked after properly.

I was told I couldn't rent one of their ensuite studios as I was 59 and retired. I receive a good pension, could easily afford the monthly rent and have good references. I was advised that I had to be in full-time employment. This is discrimination.

My stay was in an en-suite room for 3 years. Cunfertable bed, warm and cozy. Felt safe and secure. I had the pleasure of meeting the landlord. I have no problems whatsoever. Any issues with appliances or fixtures and fittings are delt with in good time. Usually notified with a time and date.
So I would highly recommend Abacus properties.

Lovely little house -spotlessly clean and tidy! Shame there wasn’t enough cutlery for the 4 of us and only one wine glass!!

I had a fantastic experience with Abacus Properties and would highly recommend them to anyone. I rented a studio for three years without any issues and would gladly work with them again in the future.

Fab 2-bed house in Coventry! Clean and just perfect for our short stay! Would absolutely recommend and will be using again in the future for sure!

Amazing experience with Abacus Property!
I rented an en-suite with them and later moved to a studio. The process has been seamless and any issues reported are resolved at the earliest.
