I don’t write reviews but in this instance, I just wanted to give a shout out to my work coach. I was referred to yet another one of those DWP Restart Schemes, where they claim they are going to support you but instead tick boxes. Instead, I was introduced to Bilqis Shan at the Northampton Office. She explained how she was going to work with me over the next few weeks by supporting me with up skilling then review, review, and review again. So far to date, I have found her to be sincere, honest, excellent listener, straight talking motivator and always believing in me especially when I haven’t worked and having doubts. I am more confident in my abilities than ever before. I just want to say, thank you for the kind support you have shown me.

Carl Lewis helped me create an excellent CV. He also gave me numerous websites to help my journey into work. I'm getting plenty of job recommendations to suit my ability. I've not been successful yet but it won't be long.

Very thankful to Carl. He had not only been supportive of conducting mock interview but also suggests websites, provides links where I can get jobs and points out several suitable roles that align to my CV.

I was passed to Vicki and I’ve had her for about 6 months now and I can truly say she made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat down and started talking. I can’t recommend Vicki enough to be your support worker. She has supported me and gave me advice like no one else and she really is a star. I suffer from mental health issues and she is always someone I know I can go to if needed, the chat we have on my appointments always help after leaving and she always puts me in the right head space to sort out what I want in life. I can’t thank her enough for all the help she’s given. She really is a support worker for life!

I’ve been with Jobs 22 for a couple of months now and had a few issues with a previous employer called David didn’t acquire to any of my needs never answered the phone. Didn’t update any of my details on my account and never responded to any of anything that I used to ask him about work, and then I was placed with another lady called Vicki, who is absolutely fantastic has caught me up with everything that I needed to catch up with.
I must say I’ve never met anyone like her in Jobs 22 I can truly say she is a good role model and should be the manager because she knows what she’s doing and knows the ropes properly and knows how to make people feel comfortable. I can’t recommend Vicki enough to be your support worker. She has already got me back into work. Also back on top of my life with my emotions and my mental health. Also she’s not just as support worker for work. She is a support worker for Life! Manager role needed right here for Vicki!
