Size does matter!

First vest I ordered was too small So the guys sent me 3 more vests in quick succession to try and get get the right size (I'm an odd shape)
Nothing was too much trouble for them and the vests arrived when they said they would, no waiting around.

DAYLIGHT ROBBERY

Ordered a towable inflatable in July 2023 on the understanding that it would be delivered within two weeks. In is now the end of October 2023 and they have STILL not delivered it. I have sent dozens of emails and they have been either ignored, or met with responses that it is not their problem and I should contact the post office, or sending me so called “proof of delivery” that merely shows that the item was delivered to their distributor. I have NEVER had any shop fail to deliver something that I have paid for and then refuse to give me a refund. DAYLIGHT ROBBERY

Problems with checkout, fixed by customer service in 2 min!

Placed the order and at the checkout i've had some problems with the payment, regarding to that my order went away with no payment.
A quick reachout to the customer service, within a 2 min answer everything was done and i got my payment link.
Delivery the next day ...
Amazing job !

Would definitely recommend

Would definitely recommend. I ordered a paddleboard and a couple of life jackets, and everything arrived in quick time and in perfect condition.
The paddleboard is excellent and one of the life jackets is perfect however, the 2nd life jacket was a little too small and had to be sent back for an exchange. Postage wasn't free (France to Netherlands which was disappointing as we had just spent over 1000 euros and intend to buy another paddleboad) but the exchange process was easy and stress free and the new larger life jacket has now arrived.
The items are all very well made and look and feel great. We are happy with choosing Jobe and will continue to buy their products as they are excellent quality.

Great customer services

I lost the fasten on my paddle, I contacted customer services and sent over photos as requested. Jos answered me very quickly and sent me out a replacement part straight away which arrived a few days later.
Great customer service with very quick response.

Just got the Mira

Just got the Mira. Big fan so far. Took it 4 miles on a London canal and it felt great, Thames next!

Jobe have great functionality and tech, the bag, pump, etc all have good space saving concepts/connectivity/time savers. Straps up quite small compared to other SUPs I’ve carried on my back - Red, Deep Water, itiwit, aqua planet.

Good purchase!

Super fast delivery and product appears…

Super fast delivery and product appears to be of great quality, had items missing from the factory sealed box but cm services sorted out and dispatched missing items nice and quick
Over all a great purchase experience that was very easy to navigate online

Customer service

Purchased the Duna but Jobe recalled it for possible manufacturing faults. The replacement arrived quickly but unfortunately that developed a fault. I contacted Jobe and they offered to replace under warranty unfortunately the board was out of stock so they offered me a choice of an upgrade board the adventure Duna. I can’t fault the customer service and the boards look the business and with a five year warranty I’m confident the board is going to last.
