Best shoes ever
I bought a pair of shoes and the tassel came off the shoe. When I contacted Jo and Joe they were very responsive and replaced the shoes. I had been travelling so was a bit delayed replying and it was quite a while after purchase by the time I got back in touch, but they were brilliant and straight away said that they would replace the shoes.
The shoes are the best I have had – one foot has a bunion, and it is difficult to find comfortable shoes, but these shoes were comfortable from the first time I wore them – and I have worn them every day since I received them.

I had a query re colours and width sizes, the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and efficient!!
Shoes arrived promptly, I purposely ordered more colours to choose, so sent one pair back and refund dealt with quickly!

I purchased a pair of these slippers at Christmas when visiting a Christmas market. Seemed like a nice sturdy pair of slippers good chunky sole, nicely stitched I thought these will last me longer than other pairs in the past have. How wrong was I it's what end of Feb and I've put them on this morning and thought ouch there's a stone in them, nope the inner part of the slipper has completely collapsed and what I can feel is the crumpled up rubber under my heel as I walk. Looks like they will be going in the bin and I'm back to my £3 temu specials.

I already have a pair of shoes that are from Jo & Joe but they really need replacing. As they have been so comfortable I decided that to replace them with another pair by Jo & Joe was the obvious choice. GOOD FIT & QUALITY
This is my second pair of mocassins from Jo and Joe. I have been pleased with the black pair I bought last year and have now added a tan pair. They fit well and are a reasonable price compared to Hotter shoes of similar style.
