I haven't received my parcel
I haven't received my parcel I would like to point out that royal mail did not leave a red information card and I informed Joal craft of this. Somebody is telling lies.

Hi Bernice,
Just to update you on the progress of contacting yourself and locating your order.
We checked our customer support emails and you had not made any contact with us regarding your order not arriving, having checked the status of your parcel it was delivered 3 days before you wrote this review and was left with your neighbour and Royal Mail had left a red information card.
Due to the above information we believe your review is a little harsh to say the least as we had delivered your order well within the stated delivery time, we pride ourselves on good customer service so we are saddened that you had not contacted us first so we could help you locate your parcel.
Many thanks
