Total scammers - dog bed never arrived. I wrote after 1 month and Noah did reply to my first email saying my address was incorrect - but it wasn’t. It now 2 months later and no further responses to my emails, no dog bed and no refund!

Don't shop at these scammers. Although as of today their website is gone, emails are returned and shopify, who are at least part responsible for hosting such companies do not seem to host them anymore. As per a lot of other reviews. Delays to order. Voucher offered and then lots or stalling tactics. Noah, who wrote back is probably not even called Noah. Or his picture. They did look legit including the ability to pay on PayPal. PayPal are currently processing a refund so these nasty people have got away with it. Advice going forwards, check trustpilot I guess..

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING! Just like the other people who have written reviews I ordered the dog bed 4 months ago and nothing has arrived. I have asked for a refund and they have not processed one. I wish I had checked them out before ordering.

I still have not had delivery after 4 months and even the excuses are feeble. The 'order is being processed.....' this has been said to me so many times and still no bed, or refund and I suspect there will never be the satisfaction of seeing the bed despite the fact we paid for it. They do not deserve to survive.

If I could give a zero I would. Not sure if they are just the worst Company ever, or just a bunch of scammers. Do not touch them, even with a very long barge pole. Goods not provided, continual excuses and no refund forthcoming.

After not receiving the dog bed in the promised time I discovered the reviews here are and became concerned. The website gives the impression that the company is located in the UK but then the product ships from China. I tried to cancel and they eventually emailed me back stating I couldn't cancel as it was despatched. It arrived today and is certainly not as described. The colour is completely different, it is certainly not orthopedic and is very flat unlike the advert. More like a thick rug than a bed. I will be asking to return but anticipate I will not get very far! My dog probably wouldn't care as he sleeps all over the place but as he is getting older I wanted something that would support his joints and this won't!

If I could give this shower no stars I would. Unfortunately my wife ordered a dog bed without checking their rating, and here we are, nearly 6 months later, with no bed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND/OR MONEY ON THIS FIRM.

Just read reviews and feel exactly the same it’s a disgrace and they shouldn’t be able to keep trading. Ordered in July and still nothing I’ve emailed numerous times and nothing. Please don’t order from this company. How do you claim your money back?

Awful, represent themselves as fast shipping from uk snd not a chance thats true. Dispatched in hours but tracking's next to hopeless. 6 weeks on and nothing. Emailed support and they just say it was shipped .

Absolutely do not touch them!
The quality is terrible, same experience as most. Site promised delivery in 5 - 10 days, it took almost a month. I chased constantly & was told they had so many order that delivery was delayed. Came from China! Quality is terrible, promised orthopaedic - not even enough flimsy foam to keep the bed upright. Nothing like the picture advertised.
No reply to complaint emails. They should not be in business!!

This website is a scam. I ordered an item 6 weeks ago, which was due to arrive in 5 days. I still have not received it, and they are refusing to give any information on the item's location / tracking, and they are refusing to refund me. Avoid this website. It is a scam.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
They take your money, fail to deliver, then fail to answer any emails.
Paypal were brilliant and offered a 100% refund, no questions asked. They clearly have had previous experience with JOAdogs.
I say again, don't be fooled by the friendly and welcoming website. It's all lies.

Absolutely do not buy from this dishonest company!!!! Not only do the goods take absolutely ages to come but the quality is awful. They are dishonest in what they advertise and I hope that their company gets no more business!!!! They don’t deserve it!!!!!

Still waiting for dog bed three weeks after ordering. Tracking is useless. When I ordered it was supposed to be shipped next day from UK. Keep being fobbed off with excuses. Have been in touch with PayPal for refund but have to give Joadogs extra time for delivery. They have had my money for 3 weeks and I don't have the goods. I should have read the reviews because no one is receiving their order.

I so wish I had looked for reviews before buying from this company. I agree with all the previous reviews. I think it is a scam. Products come from China, mine took 3 weeks. Was very badly wrapped. The JOA comfort dog bed did not have a JOA label on it. Several of my emails not answered. Questions not answered. Please do NOT buy from them. Have offered me a refund but the instructions for return are Not possible to follow as the so called bar code on the wrapping is no longer as I threw it away. It would be impossible to send back in the original wrapping anyway. Disgusted!

Appalling / non-existent customer service. E-mails a never responded to. I'm sorry that I'd not seen this Trustpilot site before I ordered from them.
Same day despatch? From the UK? Hundreds of satisfied users? Cancellation options? The tracking information provided was fictitious! All lies!
I requested a refund from them but because they never respond I am pursuing the refund from PayPal.

Appalling customer service, do not buy from this company. An empty packet arrived with my goods missing, refund promised but never materialised!!!

Ordered an XXL dog bed and their website clearly states: Shipping method
Free Insured Shipment - (Incl. Track & Trace - Ordered before 23:00 = Shipped today)
As I ordered the product on a weekend I would expect my order to be processed on the next available working day but 11 days later I am still waiting for the package to arrive. After contacting the seller they apologised stating my email had gone into their spam which I can't believe a company using a contact email account would not whitelist email contacts. Eventually they provided tracking information and from the looks of the picture it is currently somewhere in China. I have now asked for a refund

Only one star. Their website states for UK customers "Processing time and Dispatch location - The current processing time is half a day and is carried out from United Kingdom". Rubbish! Within a day of placing the order I was informed it would take a lot longer. I replied immediately asking for the order to be cancelled and a refund issued but am now being put off by the lame excuse that my order is “ in processing “. I agree with a previous reviewer that this is just a company holding name in the Netherlands for a possibly company based in China. A warning for anyone thinking of ordering - DON’T
