I have been an NCB customer for years…

I have been an NCB customer for years trust me, I will have to get an alternative bacnk. The macbine took ny card and I have been at the May Pen branch from 7:am and it's now 10:34 and I am yet to be seen. The bank opens at 8:30 am, it's been more than 2 hours. This service is ridiculous. Seems 3like we are begging for this bank to provide the service.

Criminal representatives in this bank

The representatives in this bank as well as some other banks from jamaica are either insane or they are just simply stupid...or then again maybe they are all just criminals they have started to make an illegal request from customers they have started to request personal banking information in detail information that the banking system is designed to block in order to approve you for a loan i recently had an experience like this with a criminal representative by the name of Jillian Forbes,...she requested my personal information and i tried to send it to her and the system blocked it,..i would say they are all criminals if they weren't they wouldn't be making request like those.

The sevice is slow and customer…

The service is slow and customer service is worse I spent 3hrs in customer service even with an appointment then have to go in line after they only have 2 tellers 1 for senior citizens and one for regular tellers. This is disgusting. Portmore branch

Worst bank ever to get a loan from!!!!

My cousin applied for a loan and they made her do all this paper work back and forth because the loan officer wasn't even in the office and told her that she qualified and made her sign up for the loan disbursement and then turned around and made her change her pay deposit to them and then denied the loan saying that she needs to be working at the call center for more than 2 years. or show that they can see money coming to her account after she provided all that information knowing that she needed the money for a family emergency.

When it's bad we speak about it so should we speak on it when it's good as well. I must commend Ms Leslie-Ann @customer care department for her great service. Thank you and I must say the Ocho Rios branch as been super helpful and their positive warm welcoming energy top notch 👏🏿

NCB count unu days... WORSE BANK ever comes across. Only if there was a 0 star rating there. Cant wait for the day to hear that the bank close down for good. System is WACK and y'all are some mf thieves!!!!!! 🙄🙄🙄

NCB HAS BECOME THE MOST HATED BANK SINCE THIS YEAR STARTED THEY ARE THE WORST TO BEGIN WITH. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CRIMINALS UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE THEY NEED TO STEP UP THEIR GAMES AND STOP THIEF FROM POOR PEOPLE

HOW CAN YOU WANT PEOPLE TO TRUST YOU WITH THEIR HARDWORKING MONEY WHEN THEY ARE THE SAME ONE GROUPING UP AND STEALING FROM US AT THIS POINT YOU GUY'S NEED ROBOTS BECAUSE NCB CAN'T BE TRUSTED AND TO HAVE THE FOUND OWNER GETTING THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND BACKLASHES AND DO NOTHING IS SAD.

NCB really needs to step up but profit…

NCB really needs to step up but profit is all they are concerned about not the customers who allow them to make a profit. My account, which is always active, needed to be updated and instead of informing me they frozen the account and returned deposits sent to the account. Six months after and I cannot get the returned funds from the company. I cannot access my statement online and I am told that for them to send a copy I have to pay $500. No wonder there is so much fraud at that bank because they have no idea how to run a business. The bank has gotten too big for them to manage. All they want is profit without any customer service

Nasty NCB Staff Brixton Branch

This is possibly the worst Bank ever. The attitude of the staff in the UK branch is horrendous. You would think you were dealing with some Back ally loan sharks: nasty people, Nasty customer service. If you have the option then DO NOT bank with NCB, save yourself the aggro.

Faulty ATM's

Mr M. Lee-Chin as a long standing customer of NCB I would like to express my frustration and disgust with not being able to utilize the full services of the islands ATM's in making deposits to my credit card account since the introduction of the new bank notes and as such I have found it difficult to pay my bill on time. I am requesting that the problem be remedied ASAP so that I may be able to carry out my daily/weekly/monthly transactions or you might just have lost a really good customer.

My card got taken away by ATM machine

My card got taken away by ATM machine, I came to the location in ocho rios, its been 2 hours waiting to get a replacement... update the ATM machines so people won't come in for that issue, also train all staff to do everything people come in about on daily basis...update the system

The Fairview branch is HORRIBLE

The Fairview branch is HORRIBLE! The customer service is horrendous. Makes no sense that in 2023, you still have to wait 3 hours to update a signature on an account?!!! In 2023, really. You have one older lady with her hair in a bun and glasses at the customer service desk that does 1 customer every two hours. It’s so backwards. I hope to close the account soon. Not worth it. I would rather look around somewhere else to place my money. Especially since it’s for business.

If I could post 0 ZEROS STARS,I WOULD

It all began with my account being frozen with no explanation no email, no calls no nothing. I did a simple transfer from my US to my jam account then withdrew because I was on vacation back in Jamaica. A few days after my account was frozen.
I made over 23 calls and I am not exaggerating even requesting a supervisor and that didn't make a difference . It's now 31 days after and 30 calls later. All I get is the same message about calling me within 24- 48 hours and up to this day my account is frozen with no EXPLANATION !!!!!!. Next up is a lawyer case. NCB IS THE WORST BANK FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER ENCOURAGE ANYBODY TO JOIN. JUST A BUNCH OF THIEVES AND SEVERELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I applied for a credit card and it should be over a month and a half since I've been trying to get they will tell you that they are contacting you but nobody ever contacts you. You guys can communicate more with your customers instead of not providing the right information. I love you but this credit card journey with you has been the absolute worst experience.
