Disappointed
I was prepared to £15.00 for each glass smoke chimney plus P&P but for that I would expect all 4 for be clean and scratch free. Not so grimy Im finding it hard to remove as it on the inside and 2 badly scratched.

Fantastic customer service and amazing range of products
The lady I spoke too went out of her way to help me too quickly find a replacement for a glass lampshades that were a main feature and would have been an absolute pain of expense and inconvenience to sort out otherwise. I am delighted.

Excellent company
Excellent company. I have two lights I bought from them years ago and the other day one of them got broken- I wrote to them and they immediately told me which glass lampshade we be an exact match for the one that was broken and it arrived very quickly and now that lamp is good as new. Very helpful and professional with a wonderful range of characterful lights.
