The product itself it's great
The product itself it's great, but your website needs A LOT of help. I can't remove unwanted products. It allows me to add but not enter "0" amd/or cancel. Very inconvenient, since I have to push back days instead of just adding when needed. Also, at one point, I had multiple accounts open due to not recognizing same email. Hope it's been fixed, but the website needs lots of work.

Love Jlo's products they really work…
I've been using jlo's products consistently in the morning and at night for a couple of years now and they truly work. The cleanser, serum and moisturizer keeps my face hydrated and glowing! I also apply the sun screen product before applying makeup and the lip balm. I recently started using and love the body serum and it has made a noticeable healthier difference on how my skin feels. I highly recommend these products! Consistency makes a difference!

Great product, easy to order, modify or change last minute too! Little pricey, but not compared to other brands. Its the only facial product I use!

The product is really good and the fact that payments are allowed instead of paying everything in a single statement is great. I had to call customer service once and they were fast in fulfilling my request right away.

My Go-To Skincare for Beautiful, Healthy Skin!
