Ordered a paddock stand on Thursday as I was assured it would arrive the following day however tracking number is fake and the item still hasn't arrived and it's now Monday evening. No response to messages either. Extremely poor service and I will not use again.

amazing service via ebay
have used JJC over 2 dozen times for numerous parts over the last year or so and can't fault the service. Always delivered within 48 hours even when using the basic shipping method available.
I did have a problem with a Warrior motorcycle front wheel chock once (manufacturing fault) and after a quick phone call they arranged collection of the faulty part and delivery of a replacement within about a 48 hour window. Amazing customer service and will happily use them again and again

Ordered a K & N oil filter for my Aprilia RSV1000 from them. Order dealt with swiftly and dispatched in good time. Well packed too. Satisfied.
When doing a credit check on someone else, I looked them up as Kencourt Ltd Trading as jjcraceandrally. Both are owned by same chap!
Yes, that's right, Demon Tweeks and jjcraceandrally are owned by same chap.
I question one thing. Why?

Got my alloy paint from these recently, cheap good price, delivery was decent too only gripe i had was they lied about when they dispatched my last order, had me waiting 6 days, but other than that i'd use again so not bad at all.

Excellent service
Ordered headlight bulbs at about 2pm on Friday because they were the cheapest I could find online. Didn't expect to fast a service as it was free post.
They arrived on the Saturday by first class post.
Excellent service, will definitely use them again.
