Bought a K&N air filter combo set with both Air intake element and the pollen filter. When arrived only got the air filter but his ad says set with a photo of the combo air filters. Emailed a few times but clearly being ignored now and after reading the many bad reviews this is a common issue with other customers. Will not buy again

Bought Warrior Paddock stands for a BMW G310R and couldn't be happier. Brilliant product, especially at the price -- so good that we showed them in action in our YouTube video series @2MugsWorkshop (UP UP AND AWAY EPISODE)

No assembly instructions but so easy, it is child's play.

I've purchased all of my ap600 brake fluid over the last 3 years from JJC as well as various other items such as brake pads and ignition leads etc and honestly cannot fault them. Same day dispatch. Items are packed securely without any leaks and are always as described.

I find it quite surprising that many of the reviews on here seem negative as their eBay reviews say quite the opposite. (99.7% positive at over 1.3million sales) hence my reason for leaving this 5star as I honestly feel the company deserves a much better rating (not paid or offered any type of reward for this review. I'm just bored waiting for more car parts)

Ordered a fuel pump, 3 days delivery. 12 days later it still didn't turn up. Emailed to chase. Got told "it's in the post, the post has delays". Then a day later refunded - no message, no explanation. So I've waited two weeks for a pump that's not coming - I shall now have to re-order from someone competent.

purchased some spacers on eBay, emailed them twice as the bolts supplied were wrong, replied and said they would send correct ones out.

Well that's was two months ago and I haven't received anything yet and no more replies either.

I would definitely avoid this company just wish I had read the dreadful reviews before!!

I purchased an item through their eBay store which turned out to be faulty. They hide behind eBay and won’t correspond other than through eBay messaging.

Condescending and unhelpful messages suggesting it could be an installation fault (item installed by a professional garage).

Rob, you should be ashamed of yourself. If you had the balls to get on the phone and discuss it rather than hide behind eBay messages, I might have more time for you.

Purchased several identical parts. One failed after 3 months. Not interested.

Do not recommend.

I cancelled my order almost immediately. Refunded easy enough.
Then they sent the item anyway. Asked me to return at my expense and they would refund. They got their £50 part back and no refund of postage costs. No response to messages chasing.
Were nice enough when they wanted their part back. Now ignored as they don't want to pay for the postage.
Not happy.
Would not use again.

NOT ONLY DID THEY LIE TO ME ABOUT WHAT THERE ITEM WOULD FIT, BUT THEN WHEN I WANTED TO RETURN IT THEY TOLD ME WHAT CATORGARY TO RETURN IT AND PROMISED TO RETURN MY POSTAGE CHARGE. NOW I'M BEING TOLD THAT BECAUSE OF THE RETURN CATAGORY THAT THEY CHOSE I MIGHT NOT GET MY POSTAGE BACK ! ! ! ! ! AND YES I'M STILL WAITING

Bought a Facet Red Top fuel pump last April. It failed this April and spoke to Eric who was very helpful. Explained they had to send it back to manufacturer and with Covid may be a while. Well I just received a replacement so am very happy with their service and would use them again.

Ordered item, never arrived. So many excuses from them. Refused a refund. Stay away from this company at all cost.

Probably one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with ever , trying to contact someone is almost impossible , so because It it part of demon tweeks , no one there wants to admit that they are under the same umberella , the reviews do tell the truth , I for one would never use this company ever again , be warned 🧐 eBay outlet for demon tweeks , Minshall the owner needs to get a grip on this as it all comes down to him and demon tweeks🤮

If you want poor service and frustration pay and get nothing delivered then use JJC

This company are an utter joke!! Charged over 16 pounds for an item that has a sticker on it saying the suggested price is 10.99. And to top it off charged 15 pounds for postage. They never even said they would take it back. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have been requesting a simple VAT invoice for nearly two months, they haven't bothered replying to one of my emails or message on eBay.

Invoice 5406827 for Ford Stubby Aerial less than a year ago, it’s now corroded and gives very poor radio reception
Used eBay “contact seller “ 20/5/19, no response
Called 01978667936, lines not manned in morning, left voicemail, no reply
Called 01978667936 after 12am, on hold for 14 minutes, eventually gave up
Used email address from invoice, no reply
Aerial is not of merchantable quality or fit for purpose, but JJC just ignore any genuine complaint

called them Tuesday 13/11 for some parts to check they were in stock, and the lad tells me they're coming in Friday 16th, 100%. So on the back of that I order through ebay, delivery tues 20/11 - weds 21/11. Never arrived. Chased them yesterday 25/11 and they reply 26/11 saying not in stock, will be 2-3 weeks as on order. Will never use again, and good to know Demon Tweeks have the same owner as they did the same to my parents over tyres.

Orderd two toyo tyres from jjc onFriday 19th October ,and they were Deliverd on Monday 22nd.Brilliant service from start to finnish,and at a great price Well done Guys,will defo use you again.Cheers ,Andy.
