Network is very slowly and down in my area last 10 days. No one is taking any steps to resolve the issue after complaint.

Now service is so poor from 11 july 2026 no service is provided by them my wifi is not working from 7 days i did my b’ness from my home they continuously making fool no action taken by them

Thirdclass service by jio 5G so far. they are not capable of solving or backend team is not capable resolving technical issue.. worst worst worst. to whomever it works fine its purely their luck.. my middle finger to jio service and support team.
Have some shame, Jio owners and staff. Out of 30 days in a month, you're effectively giving only 28 days, and on top of that the data resets after 12 AM. Fine, let's accept that. But what about 5G? You're fooling everyone in the name of "unlimited" 5G.
To everyone using Jio—don't use it, it's not worth it. Go to a village, and there are network issues. Go to a slightly forested area, and there are network issues. Sit at home, and there are still network issues. If you can't provide a proper internet service, then just shut it down.
To everyone reading this, please port your number to another network. This is my last recharge with Jio.

Never go for International Roaming with Jio. Not working at all. Only data working and calling not at all working. Completely waste of money

Worst network, if I had the option to give no stars. I'd definitely give that.

My experience was extremely disappointing. The service looks good in advertisements, but the installation and customer support were very poor.

After booking, you may end up waiting for days without any proper updates. Customer care keeps giving the same responses, while technicians may not even contact or visit you. Order statuses can be updated without the actual work being done.

If you’re looking for a reliable internet connection with timely installation and good customer service, I would recommend considering other providers before choosing Jio AirFiber.

I hope Jio improves its installation process, technician accountability, and customer support, because my experience was far below expectations.

the jio team is anything but what jio means in hindi. the bots are dead and dumb and most insensitive. there internet service goes down at least twice a year and its a pain to get them to resolve at earliest. they also rub it in by sending sms asking if we are enjoying uninterrupted service even though there is a pending complaint of service disruption.

Hello Everyone,

If you happen to see this page, please do not choose Jio Fiber at any cost. Go for any local Net Provider, but do not choose Jio. Most pathetic, unprofessional, and unreliable network service provider. I booked a Jio Fiber connection on 3Rd July, 2026. Then, due to Heavy Rain, the installation was delayed, and after exactly 40 voice calls and nearly 60-70 messages, I did not receive a single update from the company about my Jio Fiber installation status. You'll get nothing but frustration and headaches.
Most insensitive staff and highly incompetent operations.

I had a problem with my Jiofiber connection 3 days ago and made a service request. A representative came in only today repair a simple fault that took him just 10 minutes. Hopeless Service from Jio.

Collected money in advance on false promise and sitting on it. No response despite repeated requests. Staff not picking up phone, social media handle sends auto response every day.
