The stair rail was scratched
The stair rail came delivered packaged very well how ever when unwrapped there were a couple of scratches on it. I’ve put it up and luckily the defects don’t show. Apart from that a very nice stair rail.

New beautiful lampshade for an old…
New beautiful lampshade for an old standard lamp.
Staff in the shop were extremely helpful. After choosing the fabric for our room, the order was made and within a couple of weeks our shade arrived. It looks stunning and has made a very old standard lamp look modern again. Thank you for your assistance and help

Wonderful lantern,great that it's made…
Wonderful lantern,great that it's made in England,looks superb on our Edwardian storm porch.
Only down side was rubbish courier-should be Parcel Force at this price (considerable) Delivered to my opposite neighbour and was a large awkward box.
Maybe consider options of direct delivery by yourselves and cut out the middle man?

Lovely staff & amazing choice of products
This was a visit for my 87 year old mum to select new lamp shades. The staff provided a chair for her to sit on, hot chocolate to drink & made us feel so welcome.
The lampshades have arrived as promised & my mum is thrilled with the quality & the amazing box they arrived in. Thank you for making it such a lovely experience for her

Outstanding service from beginning to end
Outstanding service from beginning to end. I asked if they could make a ceiling bracket for a curtain rod. A very small job but there was nothing like on the market. Jim Lawrence followed my speficatons exactly and in a very timely manner. The end result exceeded my expectations and the cost was more than affordable. Very impressed that they treated my small job seriously and were willing to work with me in getting it right.

Brilliant company
Brilliant company, the shop in Bath was so helpful and the website very clear. The products are solid and British made, with a service that was outstanding. It felt strange to over order for comparison but the return process was so easy. Customer service was excellent sorting a damaged item. You must check them out. Expect the biggest boxes you ever have delivered!!!
