The wall lights are bespoke.
The wall lights are bespoke and just what we were looking for. Very good quality and lovely shades.
Their customer service was excellent. I initially had a problem with the delivery but that was the fault of the carrier.,Jim Lawrence quickly resolved the issue. Very happy with the products.

Good service & quality products fairly priced
Good experience & know how in Pimlico Rd shop helped me shortlist wall lights. Order process was straight forward & the price differential for the fabric we chose was thankfully minimal. Shades arrived within a week vs 'up to 4 weeks' I'd expected.
We have yet to have lights installed but are hopeful they'll be a success

I love Jim Lawrence lights. I’ve been renovating my home and have bought quite a few lights from here now and the quality and service is brilliant. I recently purchased Bonham x 2 for my hallway and they are truly lovely, well crafted, elegant. I also find the customer service to be really good here. Very quick to answer, very efficient. So refreshing - 10/10 recommend.

The answer might appear contradictory, because the goods have been sent twice, but not delivered.
DPD has lost 🙄 both parcels and don’t have a trustworthy word of explanation.
However, Jim Lawrence and their customer care representative, Jane, have been superb, faultless.

Excellent customer service
One of our brass front door bolts broke - although it had been 8 years since the original purchase, Jim Lawrence repaired the bolt and returned it at their own expense. This is why we buy so many of their products - beautiful items and excellent customer service!
