I cannot believe these sheisters are allowed to operate a critical public service that people rely on to remain in good health. The branch near me seems to be closed more often than it's open, really apalling.

This is convenient as it is near Waitrose and I go there but that's as far as it goes I went there tonight before 6PM queued up for 5 minutes then she serves someone who just came in to the shop ignoring me So I ignored her and I won't be back it's not the first time that this place has let me down or been rude they don't give you any notice that your medicine is ready and often it is not ready when it should be so I'm going somewhere else yippie, better later than never!

It is the worst pharmacy ever they never answer phone . Head office is the same they should be struck off its peoples life they are endangering. It’s disgusting

Popped in to the Cheltenham branch inside waitrose today to get a routine blood pressure check ready for my telephone appointment with my doctor next week, I was basically told I had dangerously high blood pressure & to contact my GP urgently for an emergency blood test, I was shocked as my blood pressure is always normal, I questioned it & was told they have called an ambulance for people before now with that reading! I was so panicked & stressed I immediately went to my GP & got an emergency appointment, when he took my blood pressure it was fine!!!! It was a little higher than normal as I was so anxious as thought something was seriously wrong with me! He said I should not of been made to worry like that & that she clearly needs more training on how to conduct herself with patients. I was basically made to worry for no reason at all. Maybe they have a faulty monitor or something? Either way I'm fuming that I was made to worry in that way for about 4hrs whilst waiting for my emergency appointment & then clearly wasting my GPS time. I will never use that pharmacy ever again & reading all the other 1* reviews it seems to be a very common issue where people are unhappy with them for one reason or another! Awful Awful pharmacy, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I would rate this as zero stars but the option is not available. I have visited jhoots pharmacy on Pershore Road, Selly Park on three occasions and the pharmacist has always been extremely rude, condescending and unhelpful. The last two times I have visited I have had to ask for my prescription because of her attitude and taken my business elsewhere. I will not be going there again.!!!

This pharmacy does not pay it's staff and locum pharmacists on time ( if at all ).
Boycott this place until they treat their staff with a bit more respect and professionalism.

Jhoots Newbridge pharmacy appalling service, rude member of staff and not professional in the least. This was up until couple of weeks ago when Lisa joined, I have seen a massive difference and she actually goes out if her way so therefore I have decided to stay and collect my repeats from there

We lease a property to Jahoots. Never paid their rent on time, currently 4 months in arrears. Rude and untrustworthy.

Absolutely disgraceful company, treat there staff like dirt , don’t pay wages correctly , or on time , don’t pay the employee pension correctly, or take tax correctly,,, employees cannot talk to hR email only , disgusting company, avoid

Absolutely appalling service (BrockworthGloucester). Tried calling everyday for 5 days never answer the phone. Told me they cannot get hrt in stock and haven't for months yet I got some last month from them.cannot get my sons adhd medication was told cannot get it any more.they had my prescription for nearly 2 weeks. I questioned why they lying and staff became rude . They are always rude. Empty shelves. Not using them anymore. Changed chemists.

Just moved my monthly prescription to another pharmacy from jhoots(hull),got sick of a.my medication isn’t ready come back tomorrow,b there is no pharmacist come back next week,c we can’t order all of your prescription or d,we are closed on weekends and between 1pm to 2 pm,a complete joke and need sorting out

Having recently taken over from Boots at a pharmacy I’ve used for 30 years. JHoots are a disaster.
Bare shelves and rude staff. Person apparently in charge complained about lack of staff and suggested peopl waiting should take their prescription and go to another pharmacy. Despite notice advertising lunch closure at 13.00 he ordered the door closing at 12.45 - turning people away.
I actually took his advice and now use a Boots pharmacy nearby. My wife has done the same!

Excellent pharmacist at Ventnor Jhoots.
Knowledgeable and caring. He is probably the best pharmacist I’ve met.

At the moment, we can see that he has no help, and is running the jhoots pharmacy on his own.

Please can you give him some assistance, we can’t afford to loose him

JHOOTS in Lockleaze is such a waste of time. They rarely have what you need in this pharmacy, each time I’ve had a prescription they say they don’t have it in stock and I need to go elsewhere.

I won’t bother with this pharmacy again, I’ll save some time and go elsewhere to start with. The Lockleaze branch is like an empty shop with minimal products on the shelf behind the counter.

Closed yet again on Saturday due to inability to provide a pharmacist- needed prescription- why nobody on-site to provide paper copy so could go to Boots

The last time I saw a bunch of clowns like this, was at the circus.

Dreadful service from a condascending pharmasist, who spoke over me, read out my prescription items in front of a shop full of people, and addressed me by my christian name, then admitted he had sent my precription request to the wrong doctors surgery, as he 'hadn't checked it'.

No phone calls answered, not returning calls as stated on the answering service. Just awful service.

I was told i needed to go and sort the problem out myself, which as a registered disabled person, isn't the easiest thing to do for me.

Just awful, don't use Ryde Isle of Wight, unless you need some additional stress in your life. Not able to give no stars, or I would have.

Multiple times I have left work early to get to them before their closing time, only to find they have closed early.

Latest issue, 2 days before Christmas my urgent prescription was delivered to them. I called at 2:50pm only to be informed the Pharmacist is leaving early today so I needed to get there in 5 minutes or it would be day after boxing day before it is ready - They close at 6pm apparently........

Poorly stocked, never have what you need.

Kingswood is ever growing and this Pharmacy is not fit for Purpose. If you need a prescription. DONT use Jhoots Kingswood.

3rd time closed to my collecting my Cancer medication...verging,surely, on
refusing me access to Prescribed medication and possibly endangering
me ?

Can it be that this branch attached to Surgery is relied on by thousands of Patients ?

Also suspicious in my mind of this being a financially viable business...hopefully to be proved wrong...by my attempt tomorrow Xmas eve to collect medication.

If continually denied access I will take Advice...fobbed off with being told to phone 111 following Surgery cannot be considered Care !

The Sheringham Pharmacy has now been closed for three days and no indication as to when customers will be able to collect their pre ordered regular medication before Christmas.
They had begun to improve and staff very pleasant but this is appalling.

Never open when they say!! When I go to get my prescriptions they either sometimes haven’t got them or can’t get them, I’ve tried ringing them and the answer machine says they will ring me back but don’t! When it was Lloyds pharmacy they opened 7am-11pm and I never had any problems.
