Elliott was friendly, informative and very supportive. He explained clearly what treatment was needed and answered all our questions in detail. He did a thorough search of our property and carefully placed traps in what were clearly the most appropriate places. He also explained how they work and what he would do on subsequent visits. He was very professional, while also being courteous and responsive. We recommend him most strongly.

The visit was quickly and efficiently done the technician was helpful and profressional and answered the questions/ concerns that I had. He couldnt have been better. Cannot fault him at all
The cost of services compared to other companies is maybe more expensive, something to be carefully considered.

I am not sure if the reviews here are real.
As I’m working in customer service myself, that is very strange.
The job was unprofessional.
We call for a mice treatment and payed 240£ in advance.
They didn’t check the back of the fridge at all, which is the most common place.
After that, I sent the customer support a full feedback with the evidence showing that they didn’t seal the walls and the holes behind the fridge + the dropping of the mice.
I was shocked to see that they kept replaying that the job was done correctly.
A complete bullshit. I wouldn’t review them if they will admit their mistakes and come and fix the issue with a professional treatment.
Avoid.
