This company claims to be knowledgeable about f type jags. I took f type for remap, they removed it a few days later as car was un drivable in sport mode, the pops and bangs was wiped out. Owen claimed he might of used the machine 10,000 times but unfortunately he might of got it wrong this time with wrong files !!!!! I was promised a full refund but I’ve had to do charge back on C/C to recover money paid. IMO unreliable and dishonest. Never again will I visit this place!!!!

Absolutely blown away by the work JF Automotive have done on my Vauxhall Zafira 1.4 Turbo.

I took the car in for a Stage 1 remap and gearbox mapping, and the transformation has been unbelievable. The car now pulls much harder throughout the rev range, throttle response is sharper, and the gearbox feels so much smoother and more responsive. It honestly feels like a completely different vehicle.

What impressed me most was the knowledge and professionalism from the team. They clearly know their stuff and took the time to explain everything before carrying out the work. You can tell they genuinely care about getting the best results for their customers.

I’ve had various cars worked on over the years, and I can honestly say this is one of the best mapping experiences I’ve had. The improvement in drivability is fantastic, and the car is now an absolute pleasure to drive every day.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car now. Any future remapping or tuning work will be going straight to JF Automotive without hesitation.

I have a Shogun that has an air conditioner problem. Several garages nearer me have been unhelpful and dismissive, telling me what they think the problem is and how to solve it but unable or unwilling to do so. I phoned JF Automotive, booked in for a diagnostic test for set fee. They told me exactly what is wrong (rear AC pipes leaking) and I am now waiting for an estimate from them to resolve the problem. All staff were friendly and helpful.

It’s been a bit of a journey (3 years to be exact) in 2023 I had a Quicksilver exhaust system a remap and a reduced top pulley fitted to my 5.0SC L405 Range Rover, last week I finally got around to getting it on the dyno, it’s smoothed out the already awesome power delivery I’m more than happy with the results staff are friendly and helpful

Friendly staff, good service, although long if u plan to wait around they did fit me in earlier than I booked

2nd car I mapped with these guys. First was a golf r and now an Audi A4 tfsi. The golf r became a menace after the map so this time I requested a linear OEM feeling map and they delivered, the car feels completely OEM just with slightly more power. Initially I wasn't sure but after driving it a few days I quite love it.

Remapped without issues. Quick and efficient service from friendly , well presented staff. Tidy workshop and competitive pricing makes it easy for me to recommend.

Amazing difference on my VW Touareg after having the Gearbox Mapping done, to compliment the engine Map i had done.
These guys are always efficient and know their stuff!.

I really do hope that this review can be reversed firstly the person i spoke to on the phone was very nice!
Sadly when I got to JF Automotive you don't really get much interaction with the tuners I believe my car was rushed i was in and out within 45mins I wasn't asked about anything to do with my fuel I wasn't asked if I've got up to date spark plugs wasn't asked anything to do with my air filter I fit standard or if it's K&N I did find this very disappointing as I've had a car before and I was asked these kind of questions.
The tune seems quite sluggish is the only way I can describe it and i have a noise which i didn't have before so going so far for this I'm not happy! If it wasn't for the person I spoke to initially on the phone I would have given one star.

The service was great, my mercedes is performing like a Mercedes now. Thank you
