I recently had my C63 serviced at JF Automotive and couldn’t be more impressed. The team were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, clearly taking pride in their work. They use high-quality ROWE lubricants, which was great to see, and the level of mechanical expertise really stood out.

They also provided helpful advisory notes on a few items that may need attention in the future, which I really appreciated—no pressure, just honest guidance. Overall, a genuinely professional and impressive service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Helpful and friendly booking process, work was carried out efficiently and easily on the day of the booking. The vehicle had some changes to software and has now been to Lille and back without problems so very happy with the service from JFA and would recommend.

I did my research before visiting JFA and they came out on top repeatedly. I contacted my local performance garage twice with a gap in between and they didn’t even respond. So I drove the 360 mile round trip to JFA and I’m glad I did. I own a 57 plate Golf TSI GT Sport. It was sold to me as the 167bhp variant but it turned out to be the 140bhp version… Anyway, that is now redundant information because the car now has 200bhp (without compromising engine safety) AND (when driving sensibly) it has better fuel economy… JFA are on their A game all the time, from the way they handle enquiries, to providing helpful reminders of upcoming appointments and follow up on how things are afterwards… if your reading this and you are interested in performance upgrades for your car, use JFA… it will be money well spent and you will be delighted with the outcome…

I would like to say a massive thank you to the entire JFA team. They are an excellent team of professionals. The have transformed my Audi A7 performance and this has made a huge difference to my driving experience.

Straightforward, know what they are doing

Communication was excellent, service was very efficient and all in all just a very friendly bunch of knowledgeable people at JFA.
I had a software upgrade on my 530d and afterwards a phantom EML appeared. I brought the car back in and it was swiftly resolved. Very pleased with the service. I'm extremely picky over where I take my cars and it's always nice to know whatever issues I may have with this car in the future, there's a place I can take it to.
I will be going back to have some more work done. Use JFA with confidence!

Warm welcome , coffee on tap whilst you wait, had a auto gearbox remap , on my 2006 Volvo xc70 se lux AWD , although the some issues with the gearbox prior to the map , it did eliminate them to a degree , but I have done a gear box flush all is good , considering returning for a engine remap , to keep it in a high efficient order ! 👍

The engineers were polite and helpful and the work was completed in the time frame given .
A very well organised setup.
I will certainly recommend them.

I recently took my van to this workshop and I’m really happy with the service I received. The technicians were very friendly and professional, and they explained clearly what would occur during the process, and answered all my questions. the workshop was very clean and organised. You could clearly see the staff were hard workers and cared about their job meaning they took their time with my van process.Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone who needs reliable technicians.

I recently took my Mercedes glc to JF Automotive Kent for a Stage 1 remap and I’m honestly impressed.

The car feels completely different. It drives very smooth now and the fuel economy has improved as well. You would genuinely think it’s a new car, yet it’s actually 10 years old. I even drove to Stoke-on-Trent and back and the acceleration was effortless the whole journey.

The price was very reasonable and the service was straightforward and professional.

I highly recommend this garage if you’re thinking about getting your car mapped.
