I am absolutely in love with JewelClues. After months of searching for a unique second-look wedding dress, I found the beaded fringe dress in ivory and fell for it instantly. Their customer service was incredible—kind, helpful, and proactive. They reached out within few hour to confirm my timeline through WhatsApp, and delivered the dress in 4 weeks as promised.
When it arrived, the packaging was beautiful, the quality and craftsmanship were exceptional, and it looked exactly like the real videos I saw on Instagram—not just edited photos. The fit was perfect, too. I have a larger bust, so I was worried about support and measurements, but it felt custom-made and truly flattering.

My measurements put me between sizes. I emailed them to ask which size I should order, included my measurements and was given a detailed explanation which included their suggested size. I promptly placed my order and the beautiful dress arrived exactly in the time frame promised, securely packed, and it fit beautifully. Both quality and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. I found a dress on this site for my wedding which is at the end of the month. I ordered a dress and asked if I can expedite it due to them taking 4-6 weeks to make this dress. Their warehouse is out in Jersey City it is not far from me. I called, I texted, I WhatsApp, I emailed and finally got a response they said even with expediting this order today it can take 4 weeks and it is not guaranteed. Yet to expedite this dress it costed $400 for it to not be guaranteed. I advised unfortunately I will have to cancel this order since it will not be here in time and they are saying they can give me store credit I purchased this dress 5 days ago they have not started working this dress at all. You want to give me store credit for $700 when I will never use your company again because of the whole timeframe and overall quality of service, this dress was never even made. Absolutely not, this is a horrible site to order dresses from, they are sneaky and just take your money. Don’t worry it will be disputed, hopefully people see this and do not order from them. They are not the kind of company you would want to work with for your wedding looks at all!

Your order was a Final Sale purchase, which does not ordinarily qualify for cancellation. We made a one-time accommodation and accepted the cancellation under our standard cancellation terms.

I cancelled the order within 24 hours and they are refusing to refund me, stating it is in accordance with their “cancellation policy.” I asked if I could get a refund instead of store credit and they are refusing to refund me my money. Why would I want to buy from a business again that does this to their customers? I don’t get how you can have an order placed, made and shipped and are eligible for a refund but not for an order cancellation! Currently fighting the charge. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

I have bought at least four beautiful gowns/dresses, and I’ve never been disappointed. The designs look just like the pictures, and the material feels premium. The sizing is true to size, and they fit me perfectly.
The customer service is fantastic. They respond to emails quickly and are always willing to help with anything that’s needed. I’m very happy with my purchases and would definitely recommend them!

I ordered my wedding dresses in April for my May 9 wedding. I paid $1,047.30, but my wedding has already passed and I still have not received my order. I had to buy other dresses for my wedding. You denied my cancellation request, stopped responding to my emails, and I am still being charged for products I never received. I demand that you respond to my emails and either issue a full refund immediately or ship the dresses I paid for. This situation is completely unacceptable.

After they told me they needed 3 additional weeks to make my dress, when I complained they cancelled it without my approval. Then they said I could reorder it with a discount code only to find out later that it would become non refundable if I did that. The dress looks nothing like it does on the website and is poorly made.

The replacement order was completed and shipped after passing standard quality control checks. As stated at checkout, made-to-order items are final sale due to their custom production process.
After delivery, a return request was submitted. At that stage, no specific defect details or supporting images were provided through our support channels.
