Wouldn't recommend based on my experience.
I placed what I believed was a normal one-off order and was very surprised to later discover I'd apparently been signed up to a subscription.
When I received the invoice for the next shipment, I immediately emailed and asked for the subscription to be cancelled and the order refunded before it was sent.
Instead of cancelling it, they replied asking why I wanted to cancel. Then, despite already having my cancellation request, they shipped the order anyway.
I've spent days going back and forth trying to explain that I cancelled before dispatch. Their position is that because the order had entered processing and was sent, they won't issue a full refund.
In the end they offered me a 15% goodwill refund, but that's not really the point. The issue is that I never intended to sign up to a subscription in the first place, and once I became aware of it, I immediately requested cancellation before the order was dispatched.
The whole thing could have been avoided if my cancellation request had simply been actioned when it was received.
Very disappointing customer service and an incredibly frustrating experience.
