Wouldn't recommend based on my…

Wouldn't recommend based on my experience.

I placed what I believed was a normal one-off order and was very surprised to later discover I'd apparently been signed up to a subscription.

When I received the invoice for the next shipment, I immediately emailed and asked for the subscription to be cancelled and the order refunded before it was sent.

Instead of cancelling it, they replied asking why I wanted to cancel. Then, despite already having my cancellation request, they shipped the order anyway.

I've spent days going back and forth trying to explain that I cancelled before dispatch. Their position is that because the order had entered processing and was sent, they won't issue a full refund.

In the end they offered me a 15% goodwill refund, but that's not really the point. The issue is that I never intended to sign up to a subscription in the first place, and once I became aware of it, I immediately requested cancellation before the order was dispatched.

The whole thing could have been avoided if my cancellation request had simply been actioned when it was received.

Very disappointing customer service and an incredibly frustrating experience.

They say money bavk guarantee no hassle returns. Then you must pay 3 times cost of product to return overseas.

Their product is obviously sketchy. Why else would they be paranoid of returns and use blatant deception and manipulation. They should instead utilize their resourcefulness to produce a legitimate product. Exceptionally fraudulent as they know their product is inferior.

1. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

2. We will only refund unused and undamaged goods, returned in their original packaging.

3. Please ensure your return shipment is sufficiently stamped — we unfortunately cannot accept unstamped parcels. These will be automatically returned to you at your expense. The return label will be at your expense.

4. We are not responsible for lost packages during return shipping.

5. All returned items will be carefully inspected. If a product shows signs of use, it may affect your eligibility for a refund.

6. Include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return inside the package.

Please note that we do not provide a return label. It will be at your expense.

Once your return is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Our logistics team will process it as quickly as possible, and your refund will be issued via your original payment method within 14 business days.
