SCAM- Please DO NOT order from this site
Please do not purchase from this site. The look of the items that you purchase are not how they present. Qualify is awful and most clothes didn’t even have an inside designer tag or size. What’s worse is their guaranteed return policy. The items are shipped from overseas (don’t be mislead by the name (Jennifer & John Charleston)and they will not provide you with any US return location or address. Initially, it took multiple email attempts to even have them acknowledge that I wanted to make a return and offered me a 5-10% discount to keep them, not any option for return. After weeks of waiting for responses and their meager attempts to discount the clothes instead of allowing a return, they made me an offer of 20% with no money ever returned to me. I threw away all the clothes. You would be better off purchasing clothes at a dollar store if you want improved quality and a better deal. I feel like this site is a complete scam from start to finish. Please take my advice and order nothing from here. I never remark on any site with negative complaints, but my experience here was worthy of pointing out to all potential consumers. You will not be happy with the clothes, and you will never get your money back or an opportunity to return them. I’m convinced that this site is a SCAM and any positive reviews are from their own internal marketing. No one would say that these clothes, shoes, and accessories are 5, 4, 3, 2 or 1 star. Sadly 0 stars is not an option. My next email is to the Better Business Bureau. I have never reported anyone, but I will find a way to help to safeguard others from my experience.

Ordered shoes back in 4/16/26 and still…
Ordered shoes back in 4/16/26 and still have not received order, 3 months later. I purchased these items thinking in was a company based in the US. WRONG they are shipping from China. They’re using as excuse that the delivery company can’t find my address. I’ve given them my address over and over again , no success. I told them to use FedEx, UPS or Post Office. I’ve requested a refund numerous times. Guess I’m out $100.00. Company a total deceptive rip-off.
7/12. I am NOT sending you another email I have sent you at least 8 and my address numerous times. I want a REFUND, no more fiddle farting around.

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. Read the reviews. The company is a big scam. The clothing is very cheaply made in China. If you have to return something, which you will want to, you have to return at your own expense but they will not issue you a refund. Not only am I out the money for the clothing but the expense of shipping it back to China. The company refuses to issue me any credit, while the clothes are stuck in China customs. There is nothing I can do but hopefully I will save someone else from wasting their money

Cheap Shoe Scam
I bought 5 pairs of flats. They were very cheap compared to the prices. None of them fit and were one or two sizes smaller than what I ordered. When I tried to return them, the chaos began. There is no easy normal way to return anything. Nothing on their website gives you what you need to return things. So, I emailed them. I just kept getting what seemed to be AI generated responses that said I needed to fill out the attached form, take it in, and do a few steps. Not ideal, but whatever. However, there was never a form attached. I responded three times asking for the form and they just kept going around and around and refused to send the form they kept saying was attached. Now I have a bag of cheap shoes that don't fit. Total scam. Zero stars if I could.

Truly one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The dress looks absolutely nothing like the photos, cheap see-through fabric with a completely different design on the chest of the dress. Buyers beware
The most annoying thing was the lengthy delivery time due to shipping from Asia. About 2 weeks. My mistake, I didn't read every word on the Website. The blouse is as pictured, but 95% polyester. I would not have purchased it had I scoured the Website for this information. That said, it doesn't look or feel like typical slimy polyester. I was quick to order based on style and fair price. However, I have learned that one must not be too fast in clicking the add to cart button. No more China for me.

Return Nightmare/ Poor quality
Return Nightmare. "Hassle free" is absolutely FALSE. "Free 30 day returns" is completely FALSE. Email communication is disingenuous to say the least. Sizing and product quality are very misrepresented on the website. The canned responses to the poor reviews here are a lame attempt at addressing the issues. I do not understand how people can run and work for such a shoddy company. Be better people. Do better.
If you have a very specific return policy, put that on your website. Do not completely lie and misrepresent yourself on your website. Its really that simple.
